They came through and "cleaned". There more dust under the couches on the hardwood floor than when they came. The vanities in the bathrooms were dirty, especially the master bathroom. The master bath tile had a haze on it as well. The cook top looked like grease was smeared on it. They did offer to come back out, however I declined.

They were more than 1 hour late in arriving. When I asked them to clean the outside of the kitchen cabinets they replied, "We don't do cabinets". They did not disclose this in advance when we contacted them to arrange the appointment, nor could they provide any written policy on this. When I protested, they blamed the on-line discounter, through which we contracted their service...so much for accountability. The quality of the cleaning was F- (does a lower score exist?). Their idea of cleaning the kitchen floor was to sweep it (missing much of the dirt) & then mop around many items, not bothering to move them. I am writing this review at my kitchen desk, with the same dust bunnies that existed before they arrived. I can only assume that they don't do desks either. They did not complete many of the items that I asked them (& they agreed) to clean. Interestingly, they stated that they listed their services with the on-line discounter to generate additional business. An interesting marketing plan - provide poor service at a discount.

The experience was horrible. They scratched all of my new stainless steel appliances. I purchased a full house cleaning from their website. They showed up a few hours late because they didn?t have my correct address. One of the workers left early because they didn?t know it was a full house cleaning. They asked if I had a scotch-brite pad. Let them know I did not. They went to their car and grabbed their own supplies and scrubbed the appliances with a pad they had. After they left, I noticed all of the scratches on my appliances. I called them immediately and they said they were on their way back to Dayton and said they would call back. After a few days, I called them back and asked them what they were going to do about it. They told me to put some polish on it and that is all they could do. They are now saying the scratches were there before they cleaned the items.
