 + 0 moreI called the number on the listing. Person that answered was the name on the listing. I gave a brief explanation of what we need to have done, and asked if they could come out to give an estimate. He said that he does all of the type of work that I described and set up a date and time to come out. The time we agreed upon was in the early evening of August 30th, so that my husband could be present for the appointment. He was provided with my phone number, name and address. The day of the appointment came and went with no phone call, no notice of cancellation. NO CALL-NO SHOW. I did not call after the missed appointment to find out why we were stood up, nor have I ever heard back from this person or company. My husband took off early from work to be here. He was NOT happy. I feel I should not have to beg somebody to come out to make money or support their small business. I have enough jobs to be done around our house and money to spend on those projects to keep a reliable company busy this fall/winter. FAIL....
Description of Work: 3 Skylights repaired or replaced. Bathroom light fixture repaired or replaced. Outdoor water spigot repaired or replaced. Various electrical outlets inside/outside replaced.

Description of Work: I hired Kenny to do a shower tile repair job that was more extensive than expected in a rental house. He did an excellent job and in the time frame that he estimated. He kept the carpet and work area covered and cleaned up when the job was completed. I have him on my contractor list for future projects. His cost is very competitive and he has a wide range of knowledge and experience. I highly recommend him and will hire him again. I am a retired engineer and general contractor.

These guys are trustworthy and show up when they say they will and I'm always happy with their work The tenants love them

 + 2 moreThe owner is friendly and honest. His work is precise. He also had to do some electric work in order for this lighting to be installed. I have used him for other jobs as well. (Plumbing, drywall, tile) He is very talented in his trade. I would highly recommend him for any job around the house big or small.
