+ 5 moreOur experience with Gregg and his team was phenomenal. Our remodel project completely changed the feel of our old home and even though the space wasn’t large, Gregg’s design maximized the space. Our new home is incredible. A custom home can take months longer than a cookie cutter home, but the detail and craftsmanship is second to none. I would highly recommend Sisson Design Builders to everyone I know.

+ 0 moreI apologize, but this is my last rant (about this). I have been too kind and too subtle. What I want to highlight here are: 1. Defective Pella products, and their lack of customer service AND 2. Sisson Design Builders in Centerville, Ohio. Had multiple problems with Pella products, then substandard customer service. Greg Sisson failed to respond to multiple requests to fix the latest Pella mess, since we have already paid the final bill. My husband and I have given up on the lot of them. He will fix it himself (luckily he is handy), and we will be done with all of them.

Description of Work: Tried on three multiple occasions to get a response from Greg Sisson regarding a full remodel of our large kitchen. As well as bathrooms. Greg Promised three different times to call us back and never did. Also the kitchen designer attempted to contact him with no response as well. Very disappointing

+ 2 moreI've had Gregg Sisson complete many projects for me. Our first experience was the completion of a $75K plus kitchen remodel. The project was a smashing success in both quality and schedule. His pricing is very competitive and he is fair with changes during the process. Gregg is a pleasure to work with and very honest and trustworthy. We then had Sisson remodel our basement. He has an excellent flair for design styles. This project was $40K plus I have also had Sisson complete some structural fixes in our 20 year old home. I've recommended Greg to friends and plan to use him again on other projects as needed. I highly recommend Sisson Builders for quality remodel work
