They were fantastic. The process was exactly as they described to me.

Perfect! The house we just bought is almost 100 years old and we were fortunate enough to find original hardoowd floors under the old carpet in the bedrooms. Why we highly recommend this company: 1) They jumped on the job quick and finished quickly. 2) The floors now look like brand new hardwood floors. Guest room had a bunch of black lines which are completely gone now. 3) Same group of guys did all aspects of the job which shows in their quality. 4) Local family owned company shows in the quality of work. 5) If, and when, we decide to refinish the rest of the house we will use these guys. (Attached photo shows the last coat of finish right after they applied it compared to floors after I tore up carpet in guest room)

Mr. Fred Simpson came to my home and evaluated my wood floors. He told me that he didn't have high hopes of being able to restore the floors because of the damage over the years. He quoted two prices to reflect the possibility of refinishing the floors if it could be done as well as a lower price for just the sanding and sealing. The men arrived on time and went right to work. In just a few hours the floors were sanded and it was obvious that they could not be restored. Since Mr. Fred Simpson had made it quite clear that it was unlikely that they could be "finished", I was not disappointed. Mr. Simpson (Junior) advised that they should finish the project by sealing the wood for me. That was satisfactory and expected. I am very pleased with my association with Simpson Floor Sanding. They gave an honest evaluation and did not make any promises that they weren't sure they could keep.

They never called me and they never came for their appointment.

We are moving into an older house with wooden flooring. I called Simpson Flooring to arrange for an estimate for any needed maintenance for this flooring. Mr. Simpson spent time on the phone giving me advice about may need to be done. He gave me advice about pitfalls in having this work done and how to find a person to do it. He also gave me advice about maintenance of flooring. I appreciate the time he gave me instead of just coming out, bidding the job and then having to wait until it could be scheduled. I will definetly contact him if I decide that the floors need refinishing.

They were good. The only thing that I didn't like was two of them were varnished to dry, and the dust and we didn't know how to get away from those kinds of things. Their price must have been reasonable. I didn't have to redo the floor since they did the job. They were pretty responsive, and I think it took them a week or two to get there.

Mr. Simspon was very nice, professional, honest, and helpful. I appreciate his advice. If what he recommends doesn't work, I will gladly call him to schedule refinishing.

They did a fantastic job and they were excellent. I have used them twice in the past. On their last visit they stripped and refinished my two bedrooms and the study floors. I would highly recommend them. I would use them in the future.

They were very good. They were very straightforward and matter-of-fact with their estimate. The completion of the work was exactly as we expected and right on schedule. Nothing was unexpected with the time-frame or the cost.
