Unfortunately my lock was metal and he was unable to unlock it but he did manage to saw through the knob so that I could get into my home. Fortunately it was the door from my garage so there was no real lack of security while I shopped for a new lock.

+ -1 moreThere was nothing I didn't like.Working with Shaw's Keys & Lock Service was very personable. He waded out to me that I thought that I could get all the locks re-keyed because it's the same key but because there was two different locks, I couldn't. They gave a good service overall.

Description of Work: The dead bolt in the front door of recently purchased house would not go into jamb. Needed new plate, drilling and respositioning. Same with storm door. Both fixed quickly and professionally.

The last time we went to see them we were having trouble with the lock on our truck door, and instead of charging us to make new keys and put a new lock they gave us a tip and that worked so we didn’t end up spending anything. They said I don’t have to spend any money and I thought that was nice, they could have charged us for something we didn’t need.
