THEY THREW MY THINGS AWAY BEFORE TALKING TO ME!!! They declared so many of my things “unsalvageable” and threw them away before asking me if I wanted to keep it. It was all smoke and soot damage, not burned or scorched. What they did “clean” was filthy! I could write my name on my dishes! There were belongings from at least 2 other disasters mixed in with my belongings. I talked to the owner of the company and he said “your insurance company will pay for everything, what’s the big deal?” I expressed my anger and sadness to the managers and they blamed everyone else. Not one person said “I’m sorry, let me fix this”. Do it yourself before you hire Servpro.
Description of Work: I had a fire and I needed restoration on personal belongings.
