THEY THREW MY THINGS AWAY BEFORE TALKING TO ME!!! They decided my things were unsalvageable and threw them away before asking me if I wanted to keep them. It was smoke and soot damage not charred or burned. They things they said they “cleaned” are filthy or broken! I can write my name on my dishes! Everything is broken, filthy or smells like smoke. I also had belongings from at least 2 other disasters mixed in with my belongings! I talked to the owner of the company and he said “your insurance company will pay for it, what’s the big deal”!!! Do it yourself before you hire Servpro!!!
