Superb! Could not have asked for better.

He looked at the air conditioner really quick. He was here for 15 minutes. There were no additional fees. I thought it was okay. He came out to look exactly what I told the problem was and that was all he did. I was happy with what he did. He checked and made sure there wasn't any problem but it took him 15 minutes to do what I wanted him to do. When we called him, he was here within 20 minutes.

Outstanding, professional, intelligent. . . Jason Stanley is a person of true integrity. He's been to our residence several times in the past few years, always resolves any problems, and anticipates and takes care of anything that might come up. He charges less than other bigger HVAC/plumbing companies and is twice as skilled and knowledgeable. I wish other businesses (in any field) cared about their customers like SCS Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing personnel care about their customers. SCS is the model business. . .they work hard, take care of people, are responsive, prompt, personable, and friendly. We've been very impressed with the quality work SCS has done for us in both HVAC and plumbing and highly recommend them to anyone.

Jason Stanley, the owner of the company provided the service. He was very professional and courteous and provided details of all of the checks he was accomplishing on the air conditioning system. He also did a preliminary check of the furnace in the basement. He was a bit concerned with the refrigerant charge on my system, but performed an additional check and determined that it was fine. He also explained that the capacitor on the condenser is original and expected that it would likely be the component that fails on the unit in the future. However, he did not try to sell me a replacement and stated that if I ever called him for a disabled unit he would be sure to bring out a replacement capacitor just in case. There are cheaper maintenance plans on the net, however, some are a ploy to get them to sell you a service you don't need. Jason tells me that his business model is to provide quality personal service at a reasonable price. He will not sell you something you don't need, nor try to pressure you into an upgrade. For the hour he spent with me, I saw just that and will recommend his company for your heating, air conditioner, and plumbing needs. I will provide a review when he shows up this fall for the furnace service and tune-up.
