They did a good job and cleaned up the yard when they were done. They damaged a stone in the yard and pointed it out and said they would replace it. It basically took then 34 man hours to complete the project.

The end result was excellent. They removed the tree completely. It was tangled with some power lines. That was no problem for them. When I initially contacted them, I described where the tree was. The estimate came back with the wrong tree. However, I met with them and pointed out the tree I wanted removed. They removed it and carried away the wood. so, overall I'm happy with them.

This comapny was referred to me by a friend becuase I had called several other tree removal companies in the area who did not showed up to give a quote after I had called them or others had provied very high quotes. The represenative from Arbor Experts was very professional, he showed up on time to give a quote which was much less than the others. I belive this comapny to be honest and fair so I will use them again.

I used Arbor Experts for tree services. I found them on Angie's List. I like these people. They were very good. They left the area very good and clean. They were very prompt. They did what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do it. I would recommend them to anybody. I would say that they are very nice people. The young men that worked, that took down the limbs, even did extra when they were here because I had missed a couple of trees that I wanted to have worked on. They were very good and very sweet. I would grade them 'A' for everything. I will use them again in the future and as a matter of fact I am going to call them.

These guys are awesome! I've had them out twice, and will continue to use them as long as I have a need. They are a little on the higher end of the price scale, but their knowledge, skills, and professionalism are worth it. So lets start with the quote/proposal: They mapped out our whole property on the proposal sheet, annotating what kind of plants/trees were where. This was kind of nice because we had just recently bought this house and didn't even know what kinds of plants we had! He was very knowledgeable and explained/educated as he quoted. I REALLY like they way the proposal is organized, kind of an 'a la carte' so now I can just call the office whenever and say "I'd like to set up a time for line #3" (this is what I did both times I called to order service). We got quotes for the apple trees (pruning, different fungal/insect treatment options), a couple tree removals, and some stump grinding. So far, we've had them cut down/haul away a tree and prune the apple trees. Both times, they let us know when they got here and when they were done, it was that easy. They do a great job, and I will continue to use them!

It all went well. Three young men showed up, as scheduled, in professional looking tree cutting attire and worked very well together in getting the job done. This can be dirty work but the way they looked when they arrived did a lot to boost my confidence in my decision to go with Arbor Experts. I was also impressed with the arborist who came out earlier to analyze my situation and give me the cost proposal. They placed 3 cables on the maple and when I asked about another limb that concerned me they added an additional cable to satisfy my concern and at no additional cost to me. All of the employees were respectful and put up with the many questions I asked. They also did a good job in cleaning up afterwards including the repair of a tire print in my yard from one of their vehicles. Their good work and behavior is a testament to the Christian-based affiliation they advertise. I feel like I got my money's worth.

Work was done well. I was not home while the work was done. A tree that we didn't want removed was taken out. I called the owner the next morning. He said his crew had already reported the mistake. He offered me a new tree of the same type and size or a bill credit for the cost of a tree.

Excellent. Very knowledgeable. Answered all our questions, explained their plan and accomplished it in a very efficient manner. Most pleasant to deal with, both on the phone and in person. Very professional in appearance and manner. Would not hesitate to employ their services again in the future, nor would we hesitate to recommend Arbor Experts.

They were very orderly, had good planning. They laid out everything in detail for their proposal. They seem to know of what they were doing than just listing a number.

Company responsive and reliable with providing quote for work. When there is heavy snow or ice, limbs on tree in front of garage sag, blocking garage and making it impossible for me to get car out of garage. When I contacted them with approval to perform work, snow was forecast for following day. As I need to get my car out of garage early for my work which involves emergent medical situations, company performed service that same day of my call. Snow did occur following day, and I had no more problem with tree blocking garage. Thank you so much!

After determining the tree was infected with ash borrer, they called to make sure I still wanted to spend money on the trim. Very impressed with the job and clean up. They even took a small pile of branches that I had stacked and sitting by garage.

They sent three gentleman out and they were extremely safe and good with our property. They let me direct them on what I wanted them to do as well and they were a pleasure to work with.

Although there was some minor confusion about scheduling, all work was done well. Owner gave estimates. Very pleasant. Clean up after each phase of service was done well. I am very pleased with the service provided by Arbor Experts and will call them for any tree problems.

Way too high! We used another company and were very satisfied.

It's my son's property. We double checked on that point because he's always traveling a lot. We told him how we want it done and he said he can do it for $495 or something like that. That was the best price the others were a little higher so we decided to go with him. My husband actually talked to him they were outside talking but he knew were older gentlemen, my husband just told them how directly how directly what he want to be done. I would use this provider in the future.

Brian came out and provided an estimate to have one tree cut down and 3 stumps ground out. He was professional and very nice. Unfortunately, Arbor Experts was out of my price range. I found another reputable company in the area who did a great job at half the price.

EXCELLENT JOB, CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA VERY WELL, AND THREE VERY NICE GENTLMEN TO BOOT. EVEN TRIMMED A COUPLE OF OTHER TREES A LITTLE THAT MY WIFE ASKED ABOUT. HAD LOOK AT ANOTHER ASH TREE ON OUR PROPERTY WHICH THEY WILL TRY TREATING TO SEE IF WE CAN SAVE IT. JOB WELL DONE PAUL!

We very impressed with Arbor Experts from the time the estimate was done all the way through completion of the job. They listened to what we wanted done and explained the process completely in a manner we understood. The work crew was punctual and had a great work ethic. When one worker would notice help was needed in another part of the job site, he would rush over to help ... very nice and impressive! They cleaned up and removed lumber as they went along. Arbor Experts is an very professional and customer-oriented company to do business with. We highly recommend them.

Paul came out to give us an estimate. He walked the yard with us and answered questions about some trees and plants that were not part of the work we were hiring him for. The work was performed in 3 installments (based on the various jobs we were having done). The crews did a good job and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

They arrived as scheduled. Work was done when I arrived from home. Unlike my neighbor's yard with his service person, there was no big hole. Dirt was leveled out in the yard.

Brian came out and did the initial interview and explanation about what we could expect. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He suggested that we wait until fall to have some trees in the road area felled. We'll have to have our electricity turned off while they remove those trees. We live in the country and are able to have a burn pile. So I asked at our interview if we could dispose of a lot of the materials using that method. He said yes but they couldn't do the burning, we would have to do it. No problem! Three very nice young men arrived on time and ready to go to work. I had my list of things to do prioritized for them to work on. I had hired them for 8 hrs and they went right to work. My son and I worked the burn pile .... I helped drag the smaller items to the pile so that would leave more time for them to do the things on my list. The first item to be completed was clearing the tree branches overhanging our house and deck. I was really nervous about this and the possible damage if a limb fell wrong. Not one branch did any damage to anything on our property. I was really pleased! They stayed on task until lunch and we'd made a lot of progress. They went to eat and returned promptly and went right back to work. They completed every item on my list. They cleaned everything up and we're pleased with how it looks. Great job, guys! I'm hoping that we get the same crew when they come back in the fall. They worked well together and at a pace that made completion of my project possible. Plus they put up with my questions and assistance in the moving of cut materiel to the burn pile!

Since we found Arbor Experts a few years ago and now we always call them when we need something done with our trees. Two years ago, we called them when our pin oak was looking sickly. They knew right away what was wrong and provided the care it needed to get healthy. When we call, they are always willing to come and check things out. They are true arbor experts. We had them come out this year to check our trees. They said the pin oak needed pruning for maximum growth (which we thought), but our other trees didn't need anything at this time. We know they will not perform work that is unnecessary. They are friendly, professional and efficient. They wasn't a twig left in the yard and our pin oak looks great.
