Cody did an amazing job refinishing my original pine floors in my home built in 1848. He went above and beyond the call of duty and even provided a pine board and threshold to match a broken one that needed replaced. The price was fair and reasonable and the customer service was exceptional. Good luck trying to find a contractor that offers the same quality at a better price! Love the refinished floors!!!

Sean and Cody did a fantastic job refinishing my original maple floors. We had about 650 sf of floors, some had previously been refinished but needed some life brought back into them, and the remainder had been layered over with tile, 2 sheets of plywood and linoleum. Needless to say they weren't in the best shape but these guys worked their magic with the sander and they look fabulous. They gave us a timeline of when to be in and out of the house. When to move the furniture and tips to preserve the floor for years to come. They arrived when they said they would and got the job done. Price was very reasonable compared to other quotes and we are thrilled we hired them. Was a pleasure working with them and would recommend to anyone.

Quality work done by these guys. The did my floors quickly, when it was convenient for me, and at a good price. They even patched some of the rougher areas and I cannot tell the difference.

My floors look fabulous! Cody did an excellent job. He was considerate, professional, and a hard worker! He gave us the lowest estimate, explained what he said he was going to do and did it in a timely fashion. He went above expectations (attention to detail- he put pads on he feet of our furniture before returning it to our "new" floors). He was as concerned about doing a good job as we were about having a good job completed. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I live in the state of MD and found their company via home advisor to do some work on my Dad���s floors. While home, I had Sean and Cody visit to give an estimate and meet my Dad. These are the two most nicest and friendly guys one could meet. They were very professional and they worked so well with an elderly man. The customer service, the quality of the work and the craftsmanship was outstanding! Everything turned out better than I expected. The floors turned out just as good as when the home was built 50 years ago (covered with carpet 45 years). My Dad at first was not all that excited about getting the floors done, but once he seen the completed work, he is so HAPPY and EXCITED about his new floors. Everyone that come through has done nothing but praise how good the floors look. Great job Sean and Cody and I will recommend you to others. Thank so much.

Please know how particular I am regarding in- home projects and services. However, there was no need for concern when I turned the job of refinishing my hardwood floors over to Rusty Woods Renovations. It was hard not to notice the confidence and integrity that both Cody and Sean displayed. They made it simple and easy from the beginning. I've dealt with many contractors but this is the first time I ever agreed to an initial estimate without questioning it. Their price was just so reasonable. Sean and Cody removed glued down wood flooring in our foyer, halls, dining area and kitchen. It wasn't easy work but they carried out the task very, very well. We had new cherry cabinets that were in the process of being installed, no damage what so ever to those. Their price was very reasonable and they worked me in their schedule quickly which I appreciated. I plan to get a quote for exterior house painting from them next year. I would definitely use Sean's business again and would recommend them as well. These are two nice young men who work very hard and are anxious to please the customer.

I have used this team on two occasions. They refinished floors for rental properties of mine. We discussed how important value is to me . And they gave me a price that was better than the quality of work I expected. It is difficult in this line of work to find people you trust. Sean and Cody always showed up on time , Always respected my property, did the work to my level of expectation and met the price I was looking for. I could have done a better job myself, the floor is wavy, not the correct amount of poly, this is the work of a beginner. This was the 1st time the floor was refinnished. I was very disappointed and so was everyone who looked at it!

Having a floor that was never done before(carpet for 50 years). Cody and Sean were very professional and did a fantastic job on our living room floor. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants a job done well. I have work for them in the future, as we continue to fix our home.

Cody, Miles and Sean were the lowest quote by far. We had three rooms and two hallways sanded and polyurethaned natural. They got the job done quickly - 2 days, and were friendly, knowledgable and easy to be around. Floors look fantastic - gave them a bonus for a great job. Thanks!

I saw their ad on Craigslist on a Saturday and sent a text requesting a quote. Cody came out the same day and gave us a price we couldn't pass up. They started the project the next day and we were impressed with how quickly and professionally the job was completed. They did an awesome job matching the existing stain in an adjacent room and even provided us a small amount of stain so we could match the floor because we had to replace the trim around the slate at the front door. Don't let their youthful look scare you! I can guarantee their workmanship will meet even the most critical customer. They checked with us for quality and approval throughout the whole process and were very gracious in addressing any questions and alleviating any fears. Couldn't have asked for a better job!
