Not well at all. When first contacted I was informed that a technician would call me back right away. 24 hours later and no call. I called them back and scheduled an appointment for May 7th between 8 am and 11 pm. They were a no show with no phone call to let us know. This caused us to miss our grandson's first t-ball game. Tried again on Monday, May 9th and was on hold for a long time and was informed that they could not find anyone to help me. I called the following number, 1 800-966-rose. I was connected to what I thought was the Columbus, Ohio office. This has been the number I called all along.
Description of Work: Nothing that they promised. A no show for appointment with no call to let us know reason, etc.
