See above, He (Doug Riffles) came to my door with tools ready. Ready to get to work on my refrigerator/freeze. After everything said and done, he indeed fixed my refrigerator and freezer. As of 8-29-2015, everything works as it should. I would recommend him and would call him for my future needs.
