RIFFLE'S HEATING AC APPL SVC

Description of Work: Fixed my fridge/freezer. I noticed that my refrigerator / freezer stopped working late (after-hours) on 8-1-15. After many calls to various appliance service people, thry stated it would be a week before they could get to me, Mr. Doug Riffles came out the very next day and found that the control for my freezer and fridge no longer worked. Even though I had to throw out alot of items that I beleived to have spoiled, my neighbor allowed me to use her fridge and freezer, He (Doug Riffles) was able to diagonois that my freezer was the main control for my whole fridge and freezer issues. On 8-03-15 he, (Doug Riffles) came with a new part for my freezer that in-turn made my fridge/freezer work, work again. With the discounts / coupon's he (Doug Riffles) offered, I paid a total of a $414.05. I still belive and think that's it was better paying the $414.05 than buying a new fridge and freezer combo. ***Note (Doug Riffles) did state to me that though my refrigerator/freezer was an older model and over all in good shape***, that it shouldn't be a problem to fix. He was right, based on my expereince, he (Doug Riffles) knowns what he's doing.
