I did not try to contact Rick Pace until October 1, 2011 and left a message on his answering machine. I finally received a call back the following Saturday, October 8, explained what I wanted done and set up a tentative date for him to look at the problems. I should have pinned him down but did receive an apologetic call and set up a more definite time. He did come to check and measure and gave me what I think was a fair price. He was able to do the work the next day. I am very pleased with the work done. He and his co-worker worked efficiently, had all the materials and tools needed to do the work and finished in about 4 hours. They had taken a sample of the paint and had an exact match, and left me the remainder of the paint for touch ups if I need them on other exterior woodwork. I did offer them a friendly hint about calling back as soon as possible and setting and keeping definite appointments. I think they took it in the spirit offered.

He works on his own. The price was very good. He was always on time. He and his crew did excellent work. He was very professional. I thought he was a very nice gentleman.
