The experience overall went fine. When I bought the TV I would have to say about a C for an overall grade. They were nothing outstanding. I went in to buy a TV they had for sale, I bought it & that was it. I would not buy another TV from them only because they are in Dayton & I am in Columbus.
Description of Work: I bought my last TV from them. It is just a flat screen Sony, 27".
