+ -1 moreWe have built two custom homes with R.A. Rhoads, closing on the first one in 1987 and closing on the second one on 5/10/2005. The last service call was to get golf balls out of our downspouts (the house is on a golf course). Always prompt and professional. The house is outstanding. We highly recommend.

+ -1 moreWe had a great experience building with Rhoads. From the beginning to completion of our home, we did not have one issue. Their standards are high and they build a quality home. They were the highest bid that we had, but they did not go over on anything. The bid was accurate and complete. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone building a high end home in the Dayton area.
