The new grass came in amazingly well, and we decided to sign up for the full year this year. Too soon to tell how well the service will work, but so far we have been impressed with their professionalism and helpful suggestions.

Where do I begin? I have never been happier with an outcome or better satisfied with the customer service experience than I have with Purelawn. I contacted Purelawn in 2013 to see what they could do to improve the quaiity and appearence of our lawn in anticipation of a wedding we were hosting on our property in September of 2014. After consultation with Chad we decided to kill the current "lawn/weeds" and reseed the entire area. We did our part watering the newly seeded area but I grew anxious when it didn't grow at a rate according to my timetable. You've heard the expression, "a watched pot never boils." Well, I'm afraid that's what I did with my grass. I stood guard over it day and night. I called Chad I don't no how many times and he reassured me, after several trips to my house in response to my frantic calls, that things were progressing in a natural, timely fashion. Indeed they did and a beautiful lush green lawn was born. Throughout the couple of months prior to the wedding we had some clover and spotty crabgrass. Chad and his crew responded immediatly and took care of the problem. We had coutless comments about our lawn the day of the wedding. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Chad has always been extremely knowledgeable about his subject matter and always took the time to provide information, solutions and explanations. He is courteous, professional, responsive and personable. He takes great pride in his work and really takes ownership of your property. He came by a couple of weeks before the wedding just to check and make sure the lawn was in tip top shape for the big day. One of the reasons we wanted to use Purelawn is beacuse we have dogs and wanted to limit their exposure to chemicals as much as possible. Most of the time our dogs could get back out in the yard within hours if not right away. We made several requests for treatments to be given during weeks when we were on vacation. Chad always worked around our schedule with no exceptions! He has truly gone over and above to accommodate us and provide us with a quality product and experience. Purelawn is a model for how to operate a business and execute a superior customer service experience. Look no further for a lawncare company! I will be using them for years to come.

they come when they say they'll come, they will gladly give you all the information about their products, and they do both conventional and, more importantly, eco-friendly, safe-for-pets no-toxin work. They'll come basically whenever I want, I'll propose a time and here they come, usually within an hour of when they say they'll be.

Mark M. has done wonders for my yard and has always made himself available to discuss any problems in the yard. I would highly recommend them and did for a neighbor who uses them. Their pricing is very affordable and would not consider hiring any other company. One last fact, my yard had severe broad leaf and crab grass and in 1 year it was gone.

They are an excellent company. If there are any questions Matt always returns call promptly.

The personnel from this company have always done excellent work. They arrive when they say they will; answer any questions I have whether it's about the work being done that day or some other problem I might be having with the lawns at both locations. I have recommended them to many friends and neighbors and will continue to do so. The price is always reasonable.

It was excellent. I like that they are organic and do spot weed control. It's the best company I've used. They don't use a broad base spray like other companies use. I have a contract with them. I like to support local companies.

We are trying to move and there is a lot of crab grass. They said it will die but it has not. It would be nice to know if they let us know they are coming ahead of time. They are always polite and nice. They have never called to ask how we liked the service.

It was wonderful. Our side yard died a couple of years ago and they reseeded it. It now looks very good. We are very happy. Matt is very helpful, nice, and accommodating. They come once a year.

It was excellent. I've been using them since 2008. Their product is incredible. Their little sign says its ok for kids and pets to step in it. My grass is greener than any other house on my street. They have explained how to grow the grass and its helped. They are the nicest I've ever worked with. They are incredibly polite.

I am very happy with their services. They seem to do very well. My lawn is beautiful. I feel safe as the products they use are environmentally safe. They always leave a tag in the yard after the treatment as well.

The first year we lived at our new house I tried to take care of the yard with fertilizer and weed killers and made no difference. After having Matt take care of our yard, it is now green and healthy. It is much more relaxing to spend time in the yard. It looks great!

a week later than we were led to believe based on the offer, but they promptly got in touch with us and did let us know that it might be a week later, due to how busy they were and the rain that had set them back. That said, they showed up when they said they would and did the job well, including spot treatments for weeds. The weeds were gone within 1-2 days in the yard. We were very happy with their service and will use them again.

I had a yard full of dandelions and clover. I now have no dandelions and no clover and my lawn looks nice. I am very pleased.

They serviced our lawn in a very professional way and when I called to ask questions about grub control to be performed at a future visit Chad was very helpful and took his time to answer all of my questions about my lawn.

I was contacted in a timely manner. Person taking phone call was able to answer all my questions, and scheduled my service within 1 week. The technician arrived on time, was polite and took the time to listen to my concerns about our lawn. I am unable to comment on results at this time because we have only just begun the lawn treatments.

I have used many different lawn care services throughout the years, but by far Pure Lawn has been the best! Not only do they have a great product line that actually works, but their prices are reasonable and the professionalism of their employees (and owner) is fantastic! They truely do an amazing job! I would defintely recommend you giving this company a try!

We've used Purelawn for 3 or 4 summers, now. The owner is always responsive and his team is very professional. We'll use them again next year with no changes.

I have used them for several years. They are always very prompt.. I am very satisfied with their applications and the end results. My lawn looks excellent !

The owner came with the men and told me everything about my lawn. He has come every time and left comments on my door about what is going on. This is the first year so my grass looks better than it did. He is constantly giving me tips on how to keep my grass nice. It is all pretty much organic based. If they have to use a pesticide, they let me know. They show up when they are supposed to.
