Been using for about two years, very pleased. My grass is thick, green and safe for kids to play in.

Their service has always been excellent. Anytime I have a question about my lawn, Matt has always promptly made sure that my concerns are always addressed. I have used this company for many years. I am pleased to have a company that believes in organic treatment.

Excellent, they are efficient and reasonably priced snd when I've had problems they are there immediately with solutions.

It has gone very well. They are thorough, and neat. And my lawn has improved since they have been treating it.

The quote we received was excellent so we moved forward with treatments in 2015. The late winter/early spring of 2016 I noticed half to three-quarters of our lawn looked great, the rest not so much but the service continued. Later in the summer of 2016 after working with PureLawn we discovered they hadn't measured our yard right and had not been treating the whole yard. Once they re-measured the price went up and it became cost-prohibitive for us. Pleased with the lawn where it had been treated. After awhile however, just seemed they weren't really organized with scheduling and billing (billed us once for overseeding even though I had not ever agreed to have that done, but then reversed the charge). The technicians were fine although we weren't always home when they came. Once I was home and witnessed one tech verbally berating another that he was working with. Whenever I needed to call or email the office staff was always very responsive and pleasant to work with.

I hired these folks late last year to get on top of a weed problem I was having in my yard. They suggested I do a "combo" with organic feeding but commercial herbicides for the first year then reassess. I am very pleased with my yard after a year and I plan to go to totally organic if that's what they recommend.

It was fair. They did call and they did come out. They were very friendly. They went ahead and did another service. I didn't tell them to do that. That was another $50. They did come out in a prompt manner. I didn't think they did great with the weeds. They were friendly. The work was fair. They should give more feedback to their customers. Price was good.

I use them several times a year for lawn services. They are a good organic lawn care provider.

We continue to use them year-round and love the results.

I couldn't believe the improvement in my lawn after only one application. Can't wait to see how it looks after a few more. Purelawn was a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend.

Excellent experience, they were prompt, courteous and performed the service as indicated without any problems. The yard looks great. I had a lot of weeds in lawn the organic weed killer did great job and the grass is much thicker. I will have them back for continued lawn service.

Jury is still out. Getting rid of the weeds in the yard and bringing back to a lush state is likely a two season job (this is season #1).

I came home from work today and there was a little sign in my yard which told me they'd been there. This is my second treatment and so far I am very pleased. My lawn is on the "Bridge" program which will control the weeds in my lawn as well as fertilize it. I saw a big improvement after the first treatment (no more clover) and expect to see even more improvement over the course of the next year. Then we switch over to an entirely organic program!

So far my husband has been satisfied, otherwise he'd have changed companies. They've been coming for 2 years in a row, and always call before coming out to let us know they're doing a treatment. The problem is we're surrounded by other houses that don't treat their yards, so their weeds come to our lawn.

The service and products are as expected. It would be nice to be notified the day before the treatment. Because I did not know when they were coming I had to postpone my scheduled mowing service for 24 hours.

The estimate was done within a day after initially contacting the company. Puregreen developed a customized plan for our front and back yards that allows for an organic treatment near the pond and a traditional treatment elsewhere. Our lot is approximately .60 of an acre, which cost $70. We felt this was a very fair price for the unique needs of our property. Their customer service has been great and we look forward to working with them again.

The representatives were friendly and easy to deal with. They showed up as promised. I paid for "Item: $159 for 3 Lawn Fertilizer and Weed Control Applications for Medium Sized Yards". Before the first application, I asked the technician if these applications would help with weed control. The technician said that healthy grass was a good first step. The only problem I have is that I now how more weeds in my front yard than I did before I hired them.

We've had other services that have cost at least double than what they charge. I wanted something organic for my kids. Our lawn looks good. It looks better than when we paid a lot more to get it done. I will use them in the future and I've recommended them to others.

The company personnel came and treated lawn and after the first treatment they contacted us and informed us that they would be giving us an extra treatment since our lawn was smaller than they anticipated. We have emailed back and forth and they have adjusted treatments to benefit our individual needs. We have had a lot of weeds this year, so they came out again and sprayed for us. Our lawn looks better than all of our neighbor's lawns. We will use this service in the future!

UPDATE: Within a couple of days of posting this review, I received a call from the owner of Purelawn. We immediately worked out a system whereby I (and hopefully other customers) will be given some warning when lawn treatments are to be done. This is real customer service! If there were a rating higher than an "A," I would give it to them.
