+ -1 moreThey are very friendly and will work with you on the products. This is a locally owned and operated company. I also do not have to pay for a service call if there is a problem.

+ -1 moreI purchased a three year contract. They installed an alarm system. We even got a remote panic button for my mom. If something happens to my mom she can summons police, fire or hospital. They were extremely competitive. Their staff is amazing. My homeowners insurance has been reduced by over a $100 a year because of their certificates. Even if the remote is not turned on my mom can still use her panic button. I will continue to use their services.

+ -1 moreExcellent customer service - they answer all questions and provide all pricing up-front online and in-person. No surprise fees whatsoever. They provide quick service and quality products. The installer was professional and knowledgeable. The office mgr. is very thorough in answering questions and providing information. The system is simple to use. They are locally-owned and locally-monitored.
Description of Work: They installed a customized, monitored alarm (burglary & fire) system in my home.
