Progressive Satellite

DISH Network provides a very good satellite signal for reception, and their prices are fairly stable.

I am very pleased with the service of Progressive Satellite. Jon spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and it all went as expected.

The service provided by Progressive Satellite was everything that was promised. The TV set-up gave us 5 TVs with full satellite programming with DishNetwork as opposed to 1 TV and box with full cable and other TVs (without box) at a lower cost than we were paying. Progressive Satellite also provided for phone service at a lower per month cost and internet service. The total monthly cost (with greatly expanded channel availability) is currently about 30% less than our previous provider. Installation of all services was accomplished promptly as scheduled by a very professional and competent technician who explained the operation of all the units and answered all questions. There was a slight problem of getting caller ID phone calls to register on our TVs but Jon Frank and his staff at Progressive Satellite solved the difficulties promptly. It is important to fully understand all the differences between to old and new services since every TV provider has different programming choices for the customers. Progressive Satellite is very willing to answer all questions and will work with customers to be sure they are satisfied with their new services.

Jon arrived at the scheduled time, having called some 20 minutes earlier to let us know he was in route. He reviewed all of our television, internet, and telephone service, and developed several options would equal or improve our current service, and would save us money as promised in the Big Deal. That's the good news. The downside was that to avail ourselves of the benefits, we would have to cut down a really big tree that doesn't belong to us, or place a receiver on property that doesn't belong to us either. In summary, the Big Deal was as promised, but the customer needed work!

The experience was fine and the price was quite reasonable. They were on time, pleasant and did the job right the first time. Their customer service was excellent.

Everything went well from start to finish. The install went smooth and the service was personal. I would use them again.

Jon Frank presented a comprehesive offer to several friends, as we all wanted to hear what he had to offer.. He gave complete information, great prices, was very patient with our repeated questions, and was not in a big hurry to "make the sale." Service for Dish Network was cheaper than my current service, was installed on schedule by a very professional technician who also was patient with my questions and did a great job. I'm very glad I signed up for Dish; and Progressive Satellite has a valuable asset in Jon Frank! Thanks very much, Jon. I highly recommend him and his company.
