PROFESSIONAL FLOORING

I called John came out about 15 min after my first call. The floor already had the carpet pulled up. The floor is not level and I showed him were the floor was not level. They didn't level it. The guys that installed the carpet plate looks tacky. They lied to me and told me he was down sick when in fact he was working for someone else at the same time. Finally my son called and got a hold of him right away. He came out the next day but still kept putting us off. He still has never completed the work. He is just full of lies. I just want someone to fix this companies mistakes. They recommended someone else and he was a problem also. I would not recommend this company in the future. I started off really impressed with this company but not anymore. There was a also a nail sticking up out of the carpet that my son almost stepped on, thankfully it only put a hole in his sock.
