I hired this company to paint my parents' 55 year old house - which had not been painted in several years - in order to make it ready to put on the market for sale. Todd Taylor, the owner, personally worked with me and with my stager to pick out the right colors to best show off the house to potential buyers. He didn't pull any punches. He told me that because it had been so long since it had been painted, it would take more than one coat of paint to do the job. He sanded and painted all of the faded wood kitchen cabinets, and In addition, he was willing to repair places where the plaster on the walls had been damaged over the years, and also repaired drywall flaws he discovered as he worked. He was willing, with some minor whining, to move furniture that was probably heavier than normal (storage chests with linens, etc.) away from the walls so he could do his work. The finished product was very good and draws compliments from prospective buyers when they walk through the house. You can't tell where the damaged plaster was, nor can you tell where he repaired drywall in the house. Small drawbacks: I didn't like the fact that he and his worker smoked. They went outside, but left their cigarette butts in the front yard/landscaping. Also, I was uncomfortable when the worker kept offering me money for various items in my parents' house that were set aside for an estate sale later in the month. I was under contract with the estate sale provider, and could not under contract sell items to anyone. He wouldn't take no for an answer. Overall, the work was done according to plan, and turned out extremely well. I would recommend this painter.
