Description of Work: I had a HUGE job involving the removal of 3 Maples, 2 of which were extreemly tall (90/100 feet) and leaning over the house. All estimates were 2,500 to 3,100 dollars. I tried a company who had cut back the 2 big trees several years ago (branches hanging so low they nearly touched the roof), they quoted 3,000. When they showed up with all their trucks, they whimped out! "We forgot to call DP&L to take down the power line to the house.... we're gonna have to cut 10 feet of shrubbery so we can drive our boom truck into the back yard, we'll call you after Thanksgiving when the weather is better...." They gave me the impression that they wanted to rough-shod the job in 6 hours or less and that they thought they had under-bid the job ...I'll save the rest for my review of that company. Pro Tree Trim didn't require DP&L to remove lines, they didn't require the removal of established shrubbery. *Pro Tree Trim were a crew of 3 highly professional, safety minded individuals, who went above and beyond my wildest expectations to get the job done exactly the way I asked.* I'm a very happy customer!
