After going back and forth with another contractor with no luck at all I called Prime flooring and home services. Ryan immediately.came out to the house after calling him. He listened to my needs and scheduled a date. Everything was handled according to my instructions and the crew were very professional.

Ryan did an incredible job remodeling our basement flooring after we had a flood. Him and his crew provided much needed expertise beyond tiling our basement floor. He and his crew were very patient with us as we had a few additional water leaks that they helped us find and trace down and even fix! Ryan went above and beyond but most importantly, the basement looks amazing! We really appreciate his help and dedication to doing such a large project and even doing more than we expected! Prime Flooring did a Stellar Job from start to finish. The design & layout was artisan workmanship. We were stunned by the transformation of our kitchen & half bath. Simply stunning. The tile was cleaned. Grout was refilled, cleaned and resealed.

Ryan returned my call and arranged a time to estimate my job, and then arrived promptly at the time promised. He gave me what I thought was a fair price for the job, and arranged a time to start the job. Again he was on time, and completed the job in the time promised. The service was GREAT! Ryan did and amazing job. I needed my daughter's basement steps done in a timely manor to surprise her when she gets home from Japan (job relocated her for 3 months). I called Ryan and he came out right away and he gave me an estimate. He added me to his busy schedule and he would come over in the evening after working at some of his other jobs to help get the steps ready for my daughter. He is a timely person, his work is phenomenal and he cleaned up each day he worked. The steps look wonderful and the transformation is jaw dropping. We will be getting him to do some floors at our home. You can't go wrong with Prime Flooring and Home Services. Ryan puts pride in his work, he is very thorough, his estimates are excellent and he gets an A++++ rating.

Super pleased with the services provided and with integrity and sincereness of Ryan. I was comfortable with him as soon as I opened the door. He was patient and not in a hurry to complete what I wanted done ensuring where he was mounting TV met my needs and he continued asking and ensuring where he was hanging other things on the wall was at the location I wanted - allowing me to stand back and view before hanging. The owner of the company, Ryan installed luxury vinyl plank on the first floor of my two story home. The space is quite large but Ryan completed the job promptly and did an excellent job installing the flooring. He also installed quarter round which looks fantastic with the flooring. I will definitely use Prime flooring again for future flooring needs!
