The place smells, is dirty looking and is not the type of establishment I would like to purchase from

FOUND THEM ON CRAIGSLIST. CALLED SET UP AN APPOINTMENT BUT THEY ARE OPEN ALL DAY BUT MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO GIVE ME ENOUGH TIME TO PICK OUT EVERYTHING I NEEDED. GOT THERE AND EVEN THE BATHROOMS WERE SUPER CLEAN. I THOUGH IT WOULD BE A WAREHOUSE. ITS A BIG BUILDING NEXT TO WALMART. MAGGIE WAS MY SALESPERSON. I SPENT 2 HOURS LOOKING AT EVERYTHING. THEN THEY HELPED ME WITH THE FINANCINGAND FOLLOWED ME HOME FOR DELIVERY. THEY HOOKED UP AND BUILT EVERYTHING! AWESOME SERVICE! NICE PEOPLE AND KNEW THEIR BUSINESS. WHERE ESLE WILL YOU FIND A QUEEN BED WASHER DRYER STOVE FRIDGE AND DISHWASHER FOR $800? THANKS HOPE THAT WAS HELPFUL

Every appliance in my home came from Prestige Mattress and Appliance Sales. We are so happy with their sales, delivery, installation and service. They've earned my trust and business. Where are you going to find a 2011 whirlpool waasher and dryer for $300 an awesome backecare queen pillowtop set for the same $300. Stainless steel stove and Refrigerator both for $600 total. They delivered and installed everything the sameday! Called 45 min ahead so I did not have to wait around all day. Small businesses like this keep America Great! Thanks!

Both purchases have gone out after the 60 days. The last fridge was stored in the garage for a couple months, when we plugged it in, there was water in the bottom of the fridge after a couple weeks. I contacted Melissa with Prestige, who is a manager, and explained the situation and she said there was nothing they could do, and that they would come out for an $80 service charge. The same thing happened on the previous fridge I purchased from them, but when I did pay for the service charge, it broke down again 30 days later. And I was told again that I could pay for another service call.
