+ -1 moreThey had good service. We had a couple storms so all these companies were very busy. They took care of my immediate needs and then put me on the schedule to take care of the rest. I thought it was in a reasonable time period. The only problem I had was with communication. I was never able to call and talk to someone immediately. We played a lot of telephone tag. It got taken care of but it was a little annoying.
Description of Work: We had storm damage last September and Possert Construction patched a hole in our roof and put on a new roof. They also patched the ceiling inside and painted the ceiling.

remodeling, roofing, siding, replacement windows
+ 2 moreIT S BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS AND THE JOB IS STILL NOT COMPLETE!! The workers are inconsiderate and sloppy. The roofing and siding guys left a pack of shingles in the middle of the driveway in front of our garage, I ve picked up over 200 nails in the yard to date, and there were little bits of trash and litter everywhere in our yard. The window replacement guys (while at least having the decency to take off their shoes before coming into the house, had left such muddy hand print on the walls that I actually had to touch up a couple of them with paint because soap and water didn t work! These guys are a wrecking crew, not a remodeling crew!
Description of Work: Possert was contracted to replace siding, windows, and roof after hail storm in October 2006. Contractor was quick to come, give us a quote, and start the job. Quote was fair and they were professional at first. However, what we were assured of up front has been a farce. The windows they installed do not match the current windows. We pointed this out to the answer They don t have THOSE anymore. This fact should have been mentioned up front! We want the new windows replaced with a closer match or all windows replaced to match the new windows. Insurance obviously won t pay for all the windows, so we ve compromised on just the 2 sides of the house that were damaged, but Possert has never returned to do the job! On top of all that, there is still additional work to be completed around the back door, downspouts, etc. At least (to date) they haven't gotten that last check!)
