PINNACLE HEATING & COOLING

Great job - continue to use them year after year. Very satisfied.

We were in the market for a new house so we had Pinnacle Heating and Cooling do an inspection on a house we were considering purchasing. The gentleman we worked with was responsive at first. He did the inspection and gave us a quote: $450 to vent the dryer through a sidewall instead of the attic, $650 to replace the vent system of our water heater and boiler, and $350 to install a backlog preventer on our boiler to keep boiler water from entering the potable water system. We were able to get the sellers to include $800 towards the repairs. Because of the way buying and selling houses works, we had to have the check made out to a specific company so we chose Pinnacle. Big mistake. Once we had the check in hand we could not get a hold of Pinnacle anymore. We tried for two months. Ironic because normally contractors run out on you once they get the money. This company didn't want to do the work even though we had a check in hand. Finally we had to let the title company know so that they could reissue us a check to a different company. But first they tried to get a hold of Pinnacle to see if they could convince PInnacle to do the work. Even our title company could not get a response. I'm just grateful that they pulled a disappearing act before they got our money and not after.
