Super pleased! A/C broke on a weekend, during a heat wave (yuck!). Brad was able to get the issue diagnosed and fixed the same day I called. My experience with the corporate chain I previously used is they send someone out without a lot of experience who likes at it for a few minutes and then tells me I need a new AC. Brad actually talks to you about how the system is behaving, what the symptoms are, then runs some tests before telling you what’s wrong and how to fix it. Super knowledgeable. Thorough. Reasonably priced.

I have used them for years. They do twice annual inspections and everything. They usually come out in the spring and once in the fall. I do 3 year contracts. At the very least if not lower than the going rate. For price if not the same they are less than the going rates. They are an A, that is why I have had them for years. They always call ahead. Great thoroughness, it stuck out.

Brad was prompt and on time. Explained options and what needed to be done very well to a non professional. System works great and very pleased with the work.

Brad arrived promptly on time and assessed the furnace at a new property I had. I was unable to get it to turn on and he had it on in minutes. I had my fingers crossed it was going to work but it started to turn on and off intermittently and also it was leaking water inside the unit. Brad also noticed CO2 was in the air. He did some diagnostics and explained the problem very clearly to a layperson like me and gave me list of options and costs as well as his opinion on what he would do if it were his unit. This was going to be for a rental property so I wanted to get the thing working reliably but not spend an arm and a leg. He showed up a few days later because the part had to be ordered and the unit has been water and CO2 leak free and has not shut down since. No complaints and very pleased with service. Will use in the future.
