Chris was prompt returning my phone call, courteous and friendly on phone and on the job. He was very punctual and completed the job in a timely manner. Everything cleaned up nicely.

They had the highest reviews on Angie's List so we went with them. They did a lot of extra stuff we didn't ask of them and they didn't charge us more. They were really terrific. He gave us a estimate over the phone because they are located out of town. We were happy with the price and what they did. They were right on time when they said they would come.

Outstanding work. Would definitely hire again. He did an excellent job and I did not have to be home while he did it. That was very important to me as I am a teacher and unable to be home during the day.

I met with Chris the week before the work was done. Chris was very professional and knew what had to be done. On the day of service he showed up on time and did the work in less time than he mentioned it would take. My driveway and front walk look new. The pavers look like they were just put in and the playhouse looks better than when I bought the property. I highly recommend using Chris, I would not hesitate hiring him in the future.

Chris did a great job. Our white siding had developed mildew all over the house. We had tried to do it ourselves last year, but it came right back. Chris used a bleach solution and the house is completely mildew-free. It looks new again. He brought his own water which impressed me since we are on well water. He was punctual, called me when he was on his way so I could be there. He was able to reach the peak without using a ladder. We will definitely use Chris again when needed.

Chris did an excellent job pressure washing my deck and concrete driveway. He also did a few additional things that weren't included at no additional cost. My neighbor and I were so impressed with his work and price that when he finished he went next door and gave an her an estimate for some work she needed done. Will definitely use Performance Power Washing for any future work I need done. Definitely give this guy a call first.

Chris was on time and did a remarkable job even while dodging some little rain storms. He said the sprinkles help loosen up the grime anyway. His equipment looked clean and up-to-date. And while noisy (because of the power washing equipment), he was done in about 45 minutes.

I had never had the siding power washed but the house needed sprucing up for Graduation, so I contacted PPW to do the job. The owner came out and did a wonderful job! I couldn't believe how good it looked afterwards. I was concerned beforehand because the siding is 12 years old and I wasn't sure if the power washing might be too forceful and cause problems in some "loose areas" that I have. Also, I had a deck power washed MANY years ago (by someone else) and there was a mess caused from the excess spray. There was no mess with PPW and he even cleaned behind some plants and around a bird's nest that is in the downspout elbow. I was extremely pleased and thought the price was very reasonable for all the dirt he cleaned off. I would recommend them to everyone and will call them again when I need future powerwashing done.

Scheduled thru Angie's List and Chris called me the same day to come out the next day 11/6 and drop off an estimate. The quote was very reasonable, so I called him with the okay. He set up the appointment for 11/11 because of the weather conditions getting colder. Chris could not have been nicer and very professional. He took the extra time to scrub the trim on the windows and gutters. The house looks beautiful. I have been wanting to get this job done for some time now and decided to go thru Angie's List and I am very, very happy with the results. P.S. Chris also was here early!!!!!

I called and left a message on the business line and promptly received a return phone call from Chris. He scheduled me for an exterior wash of my house. He explained their cleaning process to me and quoted me a price. The service did not require me to be home so punctuality was not an issue. He has high quality professional equipment and the house looked great. Cleaned the windows too.

I contacted Performance Power Washing a little over a week ago via their website link and was contacted by Chris within 24 hours. He provided me with an estimate via email and I set up the service immediately thereafter. We set up a date for June 26th at 1pm and Chris showed up a couple minutes before 1, ready to go. We did a walk-around of the house and we both pointed out areas that definitely needed attention. He told me what they were going to do and an approximate time frame for the work to be done. They finished about 90 minutes later (within the time frame he gave me) and I couldn't be any happier with the way the house looks. I had algae, dirt and lord knows what else all over the vinyl siding, in the little crevices between windows, on the bottom of the siding, etc.; they didn't miss a thing. To top it all off Chris gave me the Angie's List discount even though I didn't mention it to them before getting the estimate for the job. I can definitely say I will be a repeat customer and will have no qualms with telling anyone else in the neighborhood about Performance Power Washing.

I bought a new home recently and several areas were dingy/had some algae buildup, so I researched some local power washing companies on Angie's list and called Performance for the job. They did a fantastic job! Estimate was scheduled on the day I wanted, service was scheduled soon afterwards. Very competitive price. We did have to reschedule due to weather, but it was rescheduled quickly. They arrived promptly, finished quickly, and did a very thorough job, including washing some areas we hadn't discussed. I can't believe how much better everything looks! I've never used a power washing service before, but I certainly can't think of anything that could have gone better. Thanks for the great work!

It has been awhile since the service was performed, but I remember being happy with the outcome.

Called another company, talked to someone who said he would give the pressure washing department my info. Never, ever heard back from them. Called Performance Pressure Washing. Chris returned my call right away and we scheduled instantly. He and his partner came within the week, and the job was done perfectly and timely. I felt the cost was very fair considering the size of our house, and the difficulty of the job. We will most definitely use Chris and Performance Pressure Washing in the future, and highly recommend. We needed our driveway and walkway powerwashed. I called Performance, they returned the call in a timely fashion, I got a quick estimate and they were able to do the powerwashing within a few days. Everything looks great and we have no complaints.
