+ -1 moreThe problem is that she adamantly refused to return my money until September 4, 2008. Too much time was required. I was on line with another company in two days.I called and Luis answered. I asked a relevant question, and he hung up the telephone immediately. This was the second time that Luis had hung up the phone while I was asking a relevant question.
Description of Work: They were not able to complete the changeover to the accelerated plan by a week or two, so I ordered from another company.
