PECK HEATING A/C & REFRIGERATION

I like the people.  I like the way they've treated us.  When they installed the furnace they put down cloth to protect my linoleum hallway.  They protected everything when they did it.  They are just nice people.

We wanted to have our furnace inspected before running this winter.  I got an appointment for the day after I called.  The repair person called to let me know when he was on his way and he arrived at the stated time.  He saw an issue with the hot water ventilation, and showed it to me, then fixed it for us.  Did a thorough job on the furnace cleaning, was clean, polite, and professional.  Definitely would call them again.

They are prompt and have a great price. They are very honest. They are great people.

They are quick, reliable, and friendly.  The office staff is friendly.  They come right in and get to business.  We are very happy with the service.  I can call them and they come over usually that same day.

I am happy with their installation. Their price was better than the other three prices that I had. They were very professional and conscientious. They answered my questions and were generally helpful. Their solutions for cooling were substantially better than two other companies and it worked. I spent about $8400 after the rebate. I would recommend them because they have better prices and they are very professional. I will use them again in the future.

We called in October for an estimate on the new heater & air cobditioner. Ron Peck came out and checked what we needed and gave us the estimate. After checking several other estimates; we chose to go with Peck. They spread cloths on the floor to prevent scattering dirt throughout the house. Explained every steep and were very courteous and efficient. Within one day it was completely installed, up and rinning. It is the best heating system we have had in this house.

Mr. Peck, was punctual, prepared, professional and thorough. THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE CALL!

The estimate from Peck was far lower than any of the others that I received. I typically never go with the lowest bid because I believe that you get what you pay for. However, I had the luxury of time so I did some research on the product that Peck installs and I sought out independent references. Peck saves the customer a little money by installing American Standard equipment. American Standard is much cheaper than York, Trane, or Bryant. The funny thing is that they are (according to my brother-in-law) the exact same internal components as the Trane systems. In fact, the cardboard boxes were even labeled with the Trane logo. A little on line research confirmed that they are identical, or nearly identical, systems. This makes sense from a manufacturing standpoint. It would be very expensive to retool a production line just to de-tune one of your higher end systems. The owner, Ron Peck provided the estimate and was not at all pushy in his approach. (This is a big issue for me. I hate pushy salesmen.) The installation crew seemed very competent, conscientious, and experienced. My equipment works great and I am enjoying saving $ on my heating and my air-conditioning bills!
