They did a great job. Drywall work looks fantastic. Carpet re-installed with new padding looks great too.

They came in and did the renovation work, dry wall, carpeting, flooring. He's very personable, conscientious, and followed through on warranty when repairs needed to be done.

They have been absolutely wonderful. They are on time and very thorough. We had a pipe burst, and they have done all the repairs on the ceiling that was damaged due to this.

We had Paul Maiden Construction provide us an estimate to rebuild our house after a fire. They were recommended by a good friend of ours. They were extremely professional, timely and provided a very detailed estimate. They were also very proactive in working with our insurance company and provided great follow-up. We ended up not going through with the work because we ended up selling our house to a person looking to do the renovations themselves.

Our washer overflowed and our insurance company recommended Paul Maiden to clean up the mess and repair our home. They were excellent. I reached the company on the first call and they sent someone out to dry out my house that evening. The first week we really worked with the drying guy to get everything put back together. Chris was very prompt (much more so than my insurance adjustor), and quickly gave us a quote for both the emergency work and for the repair. My claim went through quickly, and we actually upgraded our flooring from vinyl to tile by just paying a little extra. They were able to match the same installation price that Lowes would offer to install the tile, on a much quicker schedule. Very hardworking, great guys, and they had my home repaired within 3 weeks of the incident. Probably would have been quicker if it weren't for the fact that we had to wait for everything to dry out first, then to hear back from insurance (which was slow) and July 4th fell in the middle of all that. I was very pleased with the timing and it was very easy to get ahold of them. I can't stress enough how much they were able to help me during my first insurance claim and a very stressful time.
