His prompt and attentive service remained consistent over a three month period until we had closed on a house. He is so knowledgeable about real estate and houses, and I appreciated his attention to detail. He is also someone that I could trust, which I have not always felt about other agents. He is head and shoulders above other agents that I have worked with. I would give most other agents a B or C rating but he is a definite A or an A+.
Description of Work: Clint Otto provided real estate services to help us find an apartment and then a house in the Dayton area.

I was able to resell and make an excellent profit, in a bad market, on each of the 5 investment properties he helped me find and purchase. I know this is not a unique experience, as I was referred to Clint by several close personal friends who each had the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of his experience.
Description of Work: I have purchased many properties, and have been pleased with the service from multiple realtors. However, Clint Otto was by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with. He had a deep understanding of the local markets, was quick to submit offers, and provided valuable and timely information to assist in finding the best values. I was impressed with his honesty and incredible work ethic, and look forward to the next opportunity to purchase a home or invest property with Clint.
