Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Dayton-Cincinnati

I had Outdoor Lighting Perspectives install our system years ago but it has been the service after that I am writing this review about. A couple years ago I had a bulb burn out and paid to have a replacement sent to me to install myself. Instead they happened to be in the area and just replaced it for me. More recently I was having an issue where my lights in the back weren't coming on. Rather than make me pay for a service call, they sat on the phone with me for 10 minutes to troubleshoot different things. Problem fixed and nothing charged. Highly recommend.

I was sold a complete overhaul so this was 3x what I expected to purchase and really did not align with my initial goals. I made the purchase anyway because I have had so many issues keeping the system functioning correctly and looking good. Time will tell if this extravagant spend was worth it.

Outdoor Lighting Perspectives gets a 5 star rating from us. They were very professional and friendly. They understood that we didn't want our home lighted up like a used car lot and proposed a quiet elegant lighting solution that fits the character of our home and neighborhood. And, demo-ing the lights at night so we can see what it actually looks like is a fantastic concept. The job was done a few days after we accepted their proposal and the post-install follow-up has been great to make sure we were pleased with the result. I was referred to Outdoor Lighting Perspectives from a neighbor after I had already met with another company. I was very impressed with their demonstration that they did to show me what the lights looked like on my house, the previous company did not do that. What really made me decide to use them was the "complete package", being able to add my porch lights and coach lights to the automatic timer and replacing switches in my home that I could control from my IPhone. I really felt like they were professionals with the quality of products and extra services. I was very happy with the installation and their employees were very polite. I feel like the price difference between them and the other company was justified with the professionalism, and I would pay for it again.

The service provided was good. Everything went fine.

The landscape professional we dealt with knew immediately how to best light the front of our home. He actually improved the appearance of the house at night with his ideas. I would recommend Outdoor Lighting Perspectives.
