He was real good. That's why we went back to him. He was definitely less than the first estimate we got.

He is very good. He did work for us last year and he was real good, too. He actually lives about three houses down from me, but we did not know that until we used him. It was less than the first estimate we got.

These guys are experts. They will work by the hour or on a bid. I have used them more than once and always on a per hour basis. They work steady without breaks and do a great job. They bid a tree removal job for my kids and were the low bid. I will use them again

Tree removal is a business that can attract a whole range of practitioners good and bad. Out on a Limb was as professional as they come. Kevin, an arborist, made a visit and determined long term needs. He actually recommendeed cutting down only two trees where others wanted three removed. The crew showed up on time, and they were quiet and methodical, given that one tree was right up against the garage's lean-to. Crew wore plenty of safety gear. They worked a full day and chipped two trees and dozens of dead pine branches from an ice storm years ago. And they were very dutiful about cleanup.
One minor point was a miscommunication on grinding down stumps. They thought we didn't want this done to two trees, and we did. So they'll be back to do that at a later date.
You can have trees removed for less by far less professional outfits. These guys were very professional and even provided recommendations as to types of trees that would do well given our soil... should we choose to plant a few replacements.

Provider was very professional. He came as promised to do the estimate and also to do the work. As weather was uncertain, he said he would call if the work could not be done as scheduled. The work was done as promised and we were very pleased. The area was neat when he finished the job. Will use this provider in the future if we have trees that need to be cut down.

Did a great job. Did the estimate, called me, did the service while I was at work per my request, did a great job for a solid price. Strongly recommend.

Quoting process, tree treatment, and removal all went well. Can barely see where the trees were removed.

It was just over the phone, so it was kind of hard to give an assessment - but the gentleman I spoke with was pleasant and cordial. He said that he could not give an estimate because he had not seen the property, but he gave the best ballpark estimate that he was able to based on his knowledge of the situation. I would suggest calling before you use this company to make sure that you are getting the right price for the service.

Everything went pretty well. Kevin was responsive, but stated it would be a few weeks before he could get out due to his work load. Kevin was always professional and courteous and really made the trees look great. The only complaint I had was that when they cut down the dead tree and grinded the stump, a pile of wood chips was left behind. I'm not sure if that is standard or if they intentionally left it there for a reason. I ended up removing them myself as I didn't want to bother Kevin with it. I'm sure he would have fixed it though as he was very attentive.

They showed up promptly at 8:15 am in the morning as promised. They worked until completing the job at around 2:00 pm. Out on a Limb completed a thorough and professional job. Kevin talked to me several times to make sure he understood what we wanted and to discuss options. It took a little longer than expected to get the work scheduled, but we had several storms in the area that took down trees and kept them busy. They completed the job just as expected and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again. As an arborist, I was also confident that they knew what they were doing on the project.

The branches of this old Oak Tree was hitting the house anytime the wind blew. We called them because they had been recommended by our neighbor. They came out early one morning, gave me an estimate and trimmed the tree away from the house at the same time. Any larger logs they cut off were left for us for fire wood, but most of the cuttings they hauled off for us. The tree looks better and we don't have to worry about any branches falling off from an ice storm. I too will recommend them to my neighbors.

Out on a Limb was prompt in getting out to get me an estimate. They were willing to come after normal business hours to fit into my schedule. The gentleman that visited the house was incredibly knowledgeable and the estimate was easy to interpret. The work was shuttled and performed very soon after I approved the estimate. The work was meticulous and the crew was very clean. They left my yard in better shape than it was when they arrived. One tree did not get as much removed from it as I had expected. When I called, they quickly returned (about 5 days later) and took care of it. A very positive experience overall.

A STORM KNOCKED DOWN MY NEIGHBOR'S TREE, AND IT LANDED ON MINE, DAMAGING IT BEYOND REPAIR. THREE GUYS CAME OVER AND TOTALLY ELIMINATED THE MESS, EVEN GRINDING UP ALL OF THE DEBRIS.
