Description of Work: Diagnosed computer problem as degrading hard drive; replaced with faster, higher capacity drive and helped re-host all my software and data. Had a few unexpected problems but found solutions and got me up and running. Adviser was prompt, courteous and professional; streamlined my software to eliminate space-hogging "sample-ware".

Description of Work: All I can say is absolutely outstanding! On both accounts. |My computer had some serious problems. Chris explained everything slowly |and in everyday language. He returned the computer the next day, as |promised. |Now this computer is faster and more efficient than when it was new, its |7 years old. The repair was a good investment, I could not get a comparable |computer for $535.00, as explained by Chris. I'm happy, keep up the good |work guys!
