I have been quite happy. This is the second cleaning service I have hired, and Oakwood is far superior to the first service. I particularly appreciate that Kelly comes every week, usually with one or two additional ladies to help her. Because she comes every week, she knows what I want done. She is very responsive to requests, and always asks me if I am satisfied with the work. She is excellent in her work, and all the ladies are hard-working and very pleasant. They enter my home with a smile! I would definitely recommend them. I am picky about my home's cleanliness, and Oakwood is always ready to go the extra mile to ensure I am happy.

My initial contact with the company had me very excited about the services they would provide. They were quick to return my call and schedule an appt. I can't report on the quality because they didn't show for the initial estimate. I waited 35 minutes past the appointed time and no one showed up nor did anyone call. I left a note on the door saying I had an appointment and couldn't stay any longer. No one ever called me to follow up. Will look elsewhere for cleaning services.

Mika was fantastic to work with - very friendly and professional. Her crew worked quickly and made sure that the job was done right. They got in just when I needed them and it took a load off of my mind to have the cleaning done professionally. The price was perfect for the high quality of work.

The cleaning was great! I needed a cleaning on SUPER short notice and Mika was able to accommodate me and she made it work! The house looked beautiful after the cleaning and I'm so grateful to Oakwood for doing such an excellent job!

I did not feel they always did a good job. They were always there when they said they would be but I did not think they always did as nice a job as I expected. I did not have a problem with the price.

The work was done by very professional, courteous staff. The baseboards were missed in a few areas, but overall I was very pleased with the completed job as I indicated above.

The two ladies that came to our condo to clean were very professional and wasted no time- they moved everything out of the way to be able to dust all nooks and crannies. They were working so hard all day long to get our condo cleaned and tidy. All dusting, the refrigerator, bathrooms, baseboards, a quick window clean (they do give the caveat that they are not professional window cleaners, but did Windex the glass). They were responsive regarding some specifics I had (the lime deposits in our bathroom do not come out with anything but Lime-out.) I still had to do a once over afterward as the lime deposits are really difficult, but overall was extremely satisfied and relieved to have had Oakwood Cleaning Services get our home spotless!

It was ok. We were getting our house ready to sell, a 4000 sq ft ranch.

Overall they do a very good job. Also they are reliable and consistent in showing up. A major plus! Nice teams do cleaning. Honest. My complaint is that periodically they'll forget to clean some of the blinds, not get the sinks or floors really clean. When I complain they are responsive. They like to clean with swiffer and modern cleaners. I don't think that's effective on dirt.

The Oakwood Cleaning Service Team has done an excellent job of cleaning our home. My wife and I both work and we were interested in setting up a bi-weekly cleaning service to provide us with greater free time and the relief of coming home to a really clean house. Michelle, the team leader, is dynamic and hard working with plenty of experience. She and her team arrive on time, get right to work, and do a thorough job of cleaning our home. Mika, the owner is a complete professional and she and her staff are a pleasure to work with. We originally planned to try out a couple of different services before settling on one, but Oakwood Cleaning Service did such a great job the first time we quickly asked them to begin providing regular bi-weekly service. Three cleanings later we are very happy with the service and the results. I highly recommend Oakwood Cleaning Service if you need cleaning help for your home.

The cleaners were extremely courteous and professional. They did an outstanding job.

My house gets cleaned every two weeks by Oakwood Cleaners and the results are always exceptional. However, I have a very small kitchen that gets a lot of traffic, plus a husband that pays no attention at all to wiping his feet, even after a couple of miles walking in the woods after a rain. So I noticed I was getting some build up in the embossed spots in the pattern and it was still there after my regular mopping. I had mentioned it to the cleaning team last time, not really expecting there was much to be done about it. This time I was delighted to find they had cleaned the floor twice, using a Magic Eraser to get the build up out of the depressions in between washes. It literally looks like new. To me, this is going above and beyond what they are expected to do and I was delighted. I highly recommend an Oakwood team if you are looking for house cleaners that always show up and do a great job in a short time at a reasonable cost.

The team has cleaned our home four times now and has done an excellent job. The team leader has been the same each time but some of the assistants change from time to time. But the have all been thorough and professional and very personable. I have recommended them to several friends as well.

We contacted Mika from outside the state to clean our parent's home to get it ready for the market. She was very professional on the phone and really worked hard to please me. Since we could not review their work ourselves, I had a neighbor check in on the house. She reported that all looked sparkling clean. I appreciate the effort and the service I would recommend them for a one time cleaning or and on going service.

I was stuck on a tight timeline and they were gracious and professional in finding a way to fit me into their busy schedule. The work done was impeccable. I will definitely be using them in the future. Highly Reccommend!!!!

I hired them to do a deep clean after months of very poor cleaning due to pregnancy bed rest followed by postpartum rest. The crew arrived right on time and they were very professional. The job was done in about 3 hours, with a very dirty and grimey 2300sqft home. They made an effort to get all of the dog hair out of all the nooks and crannies - NOT easy with 2 labs. They even tidied up, like making my son's bed and re-shelving his pile of books. The owner came by at the end to evaluate the job and help with some missed spots. I noticed a few missed things after the crew left, like a ceiling fan which was missed and had dust / cobwebs - but it was ON while they were cleaning that room. Despite a few missed spots here and there, this is the cleanest my house has been in over a year. I'd definitely hire again. Fyi for people hiring in the future - cash or check, no credit cards.

This is the second time we have used them. The first time (in March 2015), they were hired to do a deep clean of my home. They came on time, were very professional and did the most complete cleaning I have ever seen. They cleaned the floors (wood and tile), blinds, inside the refrigerator (!!), impossible-to-clean glass shower enclosure, inside our non self-cleaning oven, walls, ceiling fans, etc. I have used other cleaning services before -- in several different cities -- but Oakwood Cleaning did the best job I have ever seen -- better than I could ever do myself. The house felt different! I had them return 2 weeks later and they, again, did a fantastic job. Soon after, my daughter-in-law came to visit and said "This house looks spotless!" She is a neat freak and has never, ever that anything like that.

It went great! My house is sparkling!! We needed a deep clean, because we are showing the house to sell it soon and they did an excellent job. The owner even stopped by after the job and checked out the house to be sure I was satisfied, and all surfaces were cleaned. I was so impressed! We will definitely use them in the future even for regular cleanings!

They did an outstanding job. They called because they were having some car issues, but did get to my house within about 45 minutes. They immediately started cleaning and did a thorough job and also brought their own supplies. I would use their services in the future and would recommend them to others as well.
