Description of Work: I am very pleased with Oakwood Cleaning's services. They responded to my telephone inquiry quickly. They arrived at my home promptly. They were professional and polite, quick but thorough. I will continue to use their services and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Originally when I contacted Oakwood Cleaning Services, it went well. The coming to our house for what the services would cost was good as well. After this time is when it all went downhill. The owner numerous times rescheduled to come and set up the time for services. Then unfortunately the day of the services I had something unexpected come up and reached out numerous times to advise of the situation and that I would not be home. There was absolutely no response via text message, phone or voicemail messages. After this took place, I never received any form of contact or follow-up since this time. I would not consider these services for the future.

Description of Work: I hired Oakwood Cleaning Services for a Spring Cleaning for my 1369 square foot condo. They charged me $241.31 for the Spring Cleaning, and I would be charged $133.75 per month going forward for a monthly cleaning. The Spring Cleaning seemed to go well. There were areas that they didn't touch, and she promised those would be addressed on the next month's cleaning. When they came for the next month's cleaning, I was running late in the morning and left a pan of water sitting in the sink. When I returned home, the first thing that I noticed was that the pan of water was still sitting in the sink. I'm not sure how you can clean a sink with a pan sitting there, but sure enough, I lifted up the pan, and the sink had not been cleaned underneath. I then went upstairs to check out the blinds. They were one of the items that was left off the Spring Cleaning, and was supposed to be addressed at this cleaning. They were not touched. I also noticed that the tile floor in the ensuite bathroom had not been touched. There was a film left on my flooring downstairs that attracted dirt and dust, and my children's footprints soon made quite a mess. I reached out to Mika to let her know my disappointment after a seemingly home run with the Spring Clean. She offered to come back in personally herself the following week while I was out of town and touch up those items at no additional charge. I returned from my trip to find that yet again these items had not been addressed. I felt that the cost was ridiculous for such a small condo - especially when the main items that are important: bathrooms, kitchen, and floors, were not satisfactorily addressed. I let Mika know that I would no longer be using her services and asked for my key back. She said she would drop it in the mail. I waited WEEKS for this to arrive in the mail, watching out for it, and it didn't arrive. I finally contacted Mika again, and she let me know that she had FORGOTTEN to mail it, and it would be going in the mail that day. I do not recommend this service. It is way over priced, and the attention to detail is simply not there.

Description of Work: They cam to give me an estimate for cleaning services. They were very professional and thorough. I have not used them as of yet but I am confident I would be happy with their service.

Description of Work: Oakwood Cleaning did a wonderful job of a move-in cleaning. We had quite a bit of construction work done in some area and none in others. They were able to handle the whole job including cleaning out several of the fireplaces. Only several places were missed on high closet shelves, I made a quick call and they were there with-in minutes to clean the few missed places. I highly recommenced you give them a call !

Description of Work: The ladies that cleaned our house were very professional and did an excellent job. My wife and I were very pleased and we are looking forward to their next visit which we have already scheduled. They cleaned our kitchem and bathroom,dusted and vacuumed. I am glad we found their organization.

Description of Work: I started out having them do a "Top to Bottom" cleaning...Very happy with their work. Met all my expectations. Now have them doing "General" Cleaning every other week. Do a good job. Very open to any points I make. Very accomodating with need for schedule changes. I have used other services and OCS is who I am continuing with. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: Team arrived on time. Owner came in, showed the two cleaners everything that was to be done. Very organized, systematically went through rooms. Totally respected request for special consideration for antique care. Owner returned after team departed to check up on job. This was my first use of a cleaning service and I highly recommend Oakwood Cleaning.

Description of Work: I use the services of Oakwood Cleaning once a month to clean my home. They are very punctual and professional. Mika Race, the owner, is so responsive if I ever have any concerns, which have been very few. She trains employees very well and has a high work ethic. I am aware of many other very satisfied customers in my city too. I would recommend Oakwood Cleaning to anyone in need of a cleaning service that employs well trained, punctual and professional employees. When opening your home to strangers, you want to feel a good degree of trust too.

Description of Work: Services performed weekly are cleaning bathrooms, dusting, cleaning floors, vacuuming, cleaning kitchen area, emptying trash. They are very professional and always on time. I would highly recommend them. This is for my business, but I've used them to clean my home before a big event. I've been through two other cleaning services and was not happy with them, so I turned to Angie's List to find the perfect cleaners. They are great!!
