The service and response was fantastic. I was able to speak with a representative that handled all of my questions and concerns. The whole deal was ready to be completed in a week.

WHEN I AGREED TO GO WITH THEIR OFFER, I ASKED THEM HOW SURE THEY WERE OF MY GETTING THE LOAN BECAUSE I HAD OTHER OPTIONS. THEY TOLD ME THE ONLY REASON I WOULDN'T GET THE LOAN IS IF I GAVE THEM MISINFORMATION CONCERNING MY DEBTS AND MY SALARY, WHICH I DIDN'T. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND NO REPLIES FROM THE AGENT, I FINALLY SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR WHO INFORMED ME THAT THE REASON THEY WEREN'T GETTING BACK TO ME WAS BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET THE UNDERWRITERS TO APPROVE MY LOAN. I AM CURRENTLY IN CONTACT WITH A BBB REGARDING THIS.
Description of Work: I WAS REFINANCING MY HOME. I CONTACTED NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE COMPANY. THEY SUPPLIED ME WITH A GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE WITH A VERY GOOD RATE.
