About us

MBK is comprised of a group of independent contractors working together in a core group to rehab abandoned, foreclosed or distressed properties for the purpose of developing low income housing program for the senior citizens, handicapped and veterans in the Dayton and surrounding area. We have established a non-profit organization - Spirit of Hope, Inc., to take over the training program run by MBK, where we have targeted the urban youth through Dayton Job Corp and Montgomery County Youth Works and train them in the various fields required to rehab a house. All of our contracters are fully licenced and insured. We offer significant discounts to senior citizens, handicapped and veterans who are in need of any work within their homes. Our logo is "we treat you like family". Our organization is backed by Best Realtors in Centerville. Ohio, President Neil McLaughlin, who is vice-president of Spirit of Hope. Our prices can't be beat because we have no serious overhead and we are willing to except the %50 percent profit - instead of the standard %95 profit of the industries.
