They have a wonderful service and they have a fair pricing.

Its a fantastic place to go. They are always up front with you. They keep good records of past visits. They are very proactive.

I thought the tires might need to be balanced, but they only had 15,000 miles on them. They test drove the van, it wasn't vibrating, so no additional work was needed. I bought the tires there, so the tire rotation was free!

They did what they said, and did a complete inspection, right down to removing the tires, and emailed me the results with pictures. The battery failed the load test, so I took it back to the place where I bought it, it failed their load test, and got some money back on the warranty when I bought a new battery. A weak battery is **** ** the alternator, so it's great to replace the battery when it's going bad.

Not good. I called Murphy?s and asked if they complete headlight restoration. They said yes and it would cost $90 to restore both lights. Therefore I set an appointment and dropped off my car. When I came back to get my car they didn?t do the restoration at all. Instead they said both of my headlights were blown out, causing the cloudiness. I found this a bit odd because I think I would have noticed if my headlights weren?t working. Regardless, they charged me $115 to replace the two headlights. I feel they overcharged me and it also bothers me they didn?t ask me or quote me a price before they replaced the headlights. Instead they gave me a bill that appears to be quite high to simply replace to headlight bulbs. I also still think the lights need to be restored as I originally requested. I will never go back to Murphy?s again.

They are great. They finished the service exactly when they promised. We did not wait.

I called Murphy?s to get a second (phone) estimate for new brake pads and new rotors since I already had one estimate from Midas. Even though I gave them the year, make, model and engine on my vehicle and pressed them for an estimate, Murphy?s told me they wouldn?t give me an estimate without looking at the vehicle. Murphy?s then pressed me into making an appointment which I did. When I brought the vehicle in, Murphy?s told me they were going to charge me $30 for the estimate! I told Murphy?s when I called, nobody said anything about charging $30 for the estimate. I know many garages do NOT charge for brake estimates and feel that Murphy?s misled me by not disclosing they were going to charge me for the estimate -- especially since they pressed me into making the appointment. I left very displeased with the whole experience and feel Murphy?s was NOT straightforward with me. If it?s their policy to charge for estimates, they should inform the customer prior to showing up with the vehicle!

They're expensive but probably worth it. They're much clean. The technicians clean and do a good job.

The inspection found a couple of minor issues that needed correction. Specifically, there was a wheel way out of alignment. The tire wear due to this would have been excessive on such a trip so they aligned the wheels. I also asked them for an oil change even though it was not time for that service (only had 1000 miles since the last change). They assured me that the oil change was not necessary and did not perform that service. That save me about $30.

They are really honest, straightforward, and I appreciate the fine work they've done on my car. They also have a clean waiting room.

Murphy's is friendly and professional. They have rescued us when the unexpected happens. They have provided rides and even went the extra mile to pick-up and return a vehicle to our home when scheduling was difficult. We have used them for years and will continue to do so.

A greasy job done right! We only go to Murphy's for our automotive care needs. We have several cars and trucks (Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford and Kia), aging from 1992 to 2011, that we take routinely to Murphy's Auto Care. Oil changes are, of course, the work we most often have done. However, we have had accident repair, transmission, brake and other work done by them. We have always been happy with the work they have preformed. The staff is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and hard working. During the three years we have used them they have always explained what they were doing and why. Anytime we had questions and/or the work needed was more than normal maintenance the mechanics have personally gone over their work with us, before, during and/or after the job. They show us the old parts that were replaced and explaining the cause(s) for the condition. Don and Ryan have the most customer interaction, as they do the scheduling, billing, part ordering, and basic work explanations. They are outstanding!!! They have stayed late to accommodate our schedules, have arranged for transportation while our vehicle was being serviced, and ALWAYS treat us and other customers we have seen in a kind and respectful manner. They always have a smile and cheerful greeting. The owner, Dave, takes an active interest in his customers satisfaction. He uses technology to improve his shop's service. We receive email reminder notices, coupons, sales, discounts and vehicle tips. The waiting area and garage bays are clean and orderly. We have and will continue to recommend friends and family to Murphy's Auto Care.

I had tires ordered from another store that were sent to the shop. The shop put the wrong tires on my car. I had to take it back the next day to have them put the right ones on. They fixed it in a timely manner and I would use them again.

I was quite unhappy because the service technician had recommended to my husband that the wiper blades also be changed. I am the principal driver of the car and had used them earlier that same week. They indeed did NOT need to be changed. My husband was unfortunately the one who spoke with the service provider and agreed to go ahead with the replacement of the wiper blades. They cost me over $65.00 plus tax. Then by 5/19/10, I had to make 2 additional return visits to Murphys because the clip on the new wiper blades popped up when I used the wiper blades during the following 2 weeks. On my first return visit, I told the service manager that I was unhappy that they had been replaced in the first place and felt that we had been swindled. He asked what I wanted for them to do to remedy the situation. I told him that I wanted Murphys to refund in total, the purchase price of the wiper blades plus tax. He said that they could arrange that, but that I would have to wait until the end of the week for the owner to return so that he himself could write out the check. It was not until Wed, 5/19/10 that I heard back from the owner who agreed to refund my money for the wiper blades plus tax. I received the refund check for the entire purchase of the wiper blades plus tax in the mail on Fri, 5/21/10.

This was the 30,000 mile check up. I requested that the oil be changed and to check for routine service that is typically done at 30,000 miles. They changed the oil, then called to get approval on the services "needed". Thay spoke with my husband, who drives the car, perhaps 5% of the time. My husband approved the service, unfortunately. Murphys drained the old transmission fluid and replaced it. They rotated the tires and balanced them. The "service technician" decided that the wiper blades were "streaking" and needed to be replaced. I wish they had spoken to me regarding the wiper blades. They did not need to be replaced. I used them within the past week and there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. When we picked up the car, there was absolutely no evidence that the blades had been streaking. In fact the insects that had been plastered all over the windshield were intact. If the blades had been tested, the insects would have begun to smear across the surface of the windshield. They were not at all smeared. I don't personally believe that the wiper blades had been tested at all. The new wiper blades cost me $65.98. Murphys Autocare is fond of suggesting service that does not need to be done so that they can make an additional profit. I have experienced their fondness of trying to nickle and dime their way into more profit in the past. HIstorically I have declined these attempts at non-essential service.

I LIKE THE PERSONALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE THEY HAVE GOOD MANAGEMENT. THEY ASK IF I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE DAMAGED PARTS. I HAVE USED THEM FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS AND I AM HAPPY.
