Jason from Mowery Contruction is the epitome of a professional. I will use them again for any future projects. I couldn't be more happy with job that they did. Everything looks great. Every employee and sub contractors used were professional and very polite. They are all about Quality and never took any short cuts. Jason was able to give me a onsight estimate without delay. if I had any questions he was very quick to get back with me, All materials are of the highest quality from wood, drywall, carpet padding, carpet, paint and etc. Even after all was complete they even installed my new TV Mount, Plasma TV and some light fixtures for me. They didn't have to do any of that but they did. Don't look any further, give Jason at Mowery Construction a call. You'll be very pleased with the work.

I chose them because of they had great reviews and quality of work on Angie's List. I had another company give me an estimate too but still felt I should go with them. My overall experience with them so far has been good. They have been very punctual and professional.

We called a bunch of companies and Mowery was the company that got back to us. Mowery did an amazing job. They were wonderful. Mowery came out in a timely manner. They were very professional and they gave us a great price.

The estimate was for roughly $25,000. He wouldn't accommodate my husband's hours and just didn't want to do it. He wanted to come and see our house during working hours and my husband wanted to be here. He didn't know and he didn't care to be out at night because he had small children or something. He didn't impress me. After we made the initial visit with him we were supposed to visit him at his location to look at cabinets and countertops. It was once again during working hours which my husband had to take off from work to do. He canceled the first time, so we decided not to go with him. I tried to contact him on the e-mail address on his website, but he never responded. I also tried to contact him on the phone number on his website, but I would get someone else. I don't know if that was his fault or the phone company’s fault. It was very difficult to get him. It was not at all a positive experience.

It went very well. I especially appreciated Jason's advice on the lighting situation. What he suggested turned out to be much better than what I had originally planned. After we agreed on the paint color and type of flooring, Jason worked with me, described how things would be done, and sent people to do each part of the job. He checked in often to make sure the work was going well. He stuck to the original estimate and got it all done very quickly. Every worker who came in here was respectful and careful not to leave any mess behind. Overall, I am very satisfied.

It seemed very organized. He came out and he was very nice. We actually had a miscommunication about time but he came right back out. He was very professional and he was able to sketch it out and tell us exactly how much they wanted. He gave us the timeframe and everything.

Jason, the owner of the company arrived and looked over the proposed project and spend a good deal of time discussing it with me. He told me about his company, his professional philosophy, etc. Very nice and personable man. Without saying so, I got the impression, that the my job was too small for his interest and he ball parked a quote that was 40% higher than 3 other reasonable quotes that I got. He also did not offer to provide a computer generated spec of the project unless, I first selected him as the contractor. His company has high marks on Angies List, so I would not hesitate to recommend his company for a larger project.

We selected Mowery Construction to remodel our bathroom because of the outstanding work they had done on our guest bathroom two months earlier. Jason Mowery personally did an outstanding job on this bathroom. His design for the bathroom was outstanding. He has a real gift for designing projects so they are fresh, well thought out, and truly inspiring. The craftsmanship and materials used were outstanding. The project was completed on time and with budget. They insured that the carpets and furniture throughout the main level of our home was protected during this project. We were impressed with the tile work in our guest bathroom, but the design of this bathroom was truly amazing. Jason drew up the plans for the tile to be put on the shower and bathroom walls. The finished result is exactly like the drawings. They removed the existing flat ceiling and installed a cathedral ceiling with built-in lighting and stereo speakers. This ceiling completely changed the look and feel of the room. Mowery Construction recommended cabinets that complement the tile and colors in the room. They installed a 13 foot shower with eight foot high glass doors and five shower outlets at each end. A water pump was installed to provide appropriate water pressure for the bathroom. They designed and constructed unique built-in tile mirror frames. The heated floor is controlled by a thermostat and provides comfort similar to the bathrooms in Europe. The remodeled master bathroom is outstanding. When guests look at this bathroom they are amazed at the design and craftsmanship. Outstanding job Jason Mowery

Mowery Construction did an outstanding job completing this room on time and under budget. I asked them to construct the office on short notice and they met my required completion date. Jason Mowery personally designed this room and due to his insight we were able to have a separate computer area for two built-in computers. Direct/indirect lighting, room for two monitors and keyboards, book shelves, filing cabinets, and a printer area were included in this area. All of the cabinets (computer, TV and bookshelf, wine storage, and refrigerator/oven areas) were hand-made, fitted and installed. The cabinets were fabricated by a master craftsman and the results show it. They are beautiful. The lighting is functional and provides excellent working conditions. The indirect lightning in the wine storage area is magnificent. This office looks exactly like we wanted it to and more. I cannot say enough about how this project turned out. I spend up to eight hours a day in this room six days a week. Everything, and I mean everything, is at my fingertips. Thank you Jason Mowery!

Mowery Construction did an outstanding job on this remodeling effort. They redesigned the available space to make the bathroom space much more efficient and usable. The design of the bathroom, workmanship, and materials selected for this effort were outstanding. The project was completed on time and within budget. While we were very pleased with the entire project, we were particularly impressed with the tile work, the "Italian seaside scene" and the lighting. The overall impression of the guest bathroom is outstanding and we have received numerous comments on this room.

This outstanding experience began with Jason Mowery personally designing the new kitchen layout. He is particularly good when designing remodeling projects and has the "vision" to not only design the effort, but to communicate the design to the customer. The remodeling project started on time and completed on time. Mowery Construction was very careful to insure that disruption, due to the remodeling, was confined to the immediate area. Quality materials were used and the workmanship in the kitchen is outstanding. The project was completed within budget. The lighting in the kitchen is particularly noteworthy. We now have three different lighting options in the kitchen for use when entertaining. The kitchen is now very efficient even when two of us are cooking. The job was supposed to take three or four months, and they walked off of the job about halfway through. He went back on the contract. I even had a lawyer look at the contract. After I told him I had contacted a lawyer, he came up with a story about trying to declutter the house. It was a mess.

We have a walk-out basement, and had an elevated deck put on the back of our house. It is 12 feet deep and 22 feet long with a pergola over about half of it. Mowery's construction is head and shoulders above the other companies we had estimates from. The deck is very sturdy as well as being attractive to look at. Instead of using 4x4 posts, we have a more sturdy 6x6 post design. The railings are gorgeous, the spindles are not exposed on either side, so it has a really nice finished look. Jason also suggested they move a pipe where our sump pump came out of the basement wall. It was about 4 feet off the ground, and they moved it to tie into our existing drainage system. That was something I hadn't thought to ask for, but it made the back of the house look much nicer without the long, white pipe sticking out. We had questions about where to put our stairs, and Jason suggested we have a little 4 foot square landing off the door from the house. The stairs have a low-rise and take a turn around the deck about half-way down. The stairs are also closed on the backs, and the edges of the deck have been rounded off. The stairway even has an extra hand-rail attached to the railing. We couldn't be more pleased. All these little touches make it nicer than many decks we've seen. The guys working on our job were very clean, we didn't have to clean up any trash behind them. They were polite and professional.
