EXCELLENT! Chad arrived as promised. Did an excellent job. Very professional and personable. My mother has used Chad at Mikes as well. WE WILL ALWAYS CALL MIKES DRAINS! They are a class act! Wish other businesses were as top notch as Mikes! Don't mess with any of the "other so called drain companies"...call the BEST...CALL MIKES DRAINS! You will be glad that you did! Our toilets and sink and shower were all backed up. We called Mike and he was able to do it over a holiday weekend. He came out within 1 hour of calling, and he had to get another guy out since they had to go through the roof. After going through 120 feet, they still had not gotten the line unplugged, and they had to add another 30 feet and finally got it. They also spent a lot of time trying to find our cleanout valve, but could not. We declined the video service to find it, but may in future if sewer lines are a problem. Mike did a great job and very appreciative of professionalism, cleanup, wearing boot covers while inside, and telling us what was going on. He offered us options, and made it clear what we could do. Highly recommended!

Mike was not only efficient in responding to my call, he was very efficient in his work. He advised what he thought the problem could be, checked out the situation, recommended the fix and quoted a price. His work was excellent, his price was most reasonable and he is a fine gentleman. We are extremely pleased with the results of his work that he provided a guarantee, encouraging us to call if we have any additional problems or questions. I called for service at 10:30 they came at 2:00. Replaced the part that I needed. It was up and running forty five minutes later.
