MIKE'S HOME SERVICES LLC

Mike has done several jobs for me over last 4-5 years. He has rehung closet doors, fixed leaky shower, fixed loose stones on 2 fireplace ledges and room divider. All jobs have been done excellently and professionally . If there is something he can't do, he will be honest and tell you. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Mike is probably the most professional contractor I've ever hired. He dresses professionally, wearing clothing that identifies his company. He brings every tools and product needed for the job, on the day of the job. He brings what he needs to work with in the house so there is no running in and out of your house for anything other than cutting wood. He places drop cloths everywhere he works and is careful to not damage your things. He communicates everything via the phone and email in advance. He is the only worker but finishes faster than half the two and three man crews I've had in my house. He doesn't waist time at all. He's always working and working hard. I am having him come back for a few other small projects that I have left. Honestly, as it stands he's the only guy I will hire if I need handy man work. As far as the quality of work, it was exceptional, way better than I had envisioned it!

Mike has done several jobs (see above) for use over the past six months. His work is always well done in a professional manner. He is punctual and easy-to-get-along with. We would use him in the future, but are moving to a retirement community.

I thought he was excellent. He told me how much it was going to cost and came promptly. He did excellent work and charged me less than he said it was going to cost.

We called Mike on short notice as we needed to have molding replaced prior to a reception at our house. Mike scheduled a visit for a few days later. He was friendly and professional in appearance and in his actions. He provided a quote for services later in the day after he visited our house. While we considered the quote a little high, we also knew we were asking him to act on an expedited schedule and the work included some challenges with floor slopes. The work was scheduled and completed prior to the reception. Mike had asked to use our garage as a shop as it was raining. When finished he cleaned all areas thoroughly. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and will use Mike again with future projects.

Great, always on time, very reliable. Always felt comfortable leaving him a key. No subcontractors. On budget and great work! We use his services all the time.

He works hard, he's efficient, very professional, on time, honest, and he cleans up very well after the work is through for the day. His work at our home has been consistently excellent. I would highly recommend him.

Wow! Mike arrived on time to the minute each of the four days he worked in my house. He cleaned up each day. He was quiet with his tools and very professional. He even put on a new doorknob and fixed the bathroom fax which were not part of the original estimate. His estimate was to the penny, even less if I am not mistaken. Mike is in great demand, mostly by word of mouth, so he will need some lead time. I have not had to have him do any emergency work, so I don't know how he fits that into his schedule. He is very honest, very competent, and very reasonable. He has been able to complete every bit of work we have asked of him, from plumbing to electric to wood working.

Very nice and professional young man. He arrived when he said he would. He didn't try to talk me into more repairs than were needed.

I contacted Mike and he came out to give some estimates for different repairs that we needed done. He set a time for the following week and showed up right on time. He faxed the estimates to our office a few days later. After the owner decided what he wanted done, Mike set up a time within a few weeks to come and complete the work. He came back about three weeks later to do some outside work, once it warmed up, and to fix something else that we noticed after his first visit. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He knew what he was doing.

I called Mike to finiah the details in the new bathroom. He finished the ceiling beautifully. He co-ordinated with the roofing company to have the roof vents installed (connecting to the bath vents). He finished the grouting. Great job, efficient, on time, friendly. The bathroom is beautifully finished.

It went very well, he called when he said he would, he showed up when he said he would, he charged exactly what he said and fixed it very quickly and was a very pleasant courteous person

Mike was the only handyman/floorer we could find who quickly responded and gave us a reasonable estimate. He showed up promptly each day and did an excellent job removing the existing carpeting and installing the floors. He also helped us with an unforeseen problem; a leaking back door which required a total replacement and 'retrofit'. We were very please with Mike and hired him for our next project!

Overall, I'm very pleased with the jobs and will continue hiring Mike's Home Service for all my handyman work.

I phoned Mike after getting his name from Angie's List. He was very responsive and was understanding about the difference in time zones (I am three hours behind). There were issues in one of the bathrooms, with the window, and with the back patio. He was able to identify them and communicate my options to me. HIs rates were very reasonable, and he was very mindful to communicate with me and very understanding about how hard it is to direct things from a distance/

Mike was always punctual, extremely courteous, and neat. Quality of his work was excellent. Obtained two quotes from other sources and his price was reasonable. He was a professional in every way. Highly recommended.
