Description of Work: They were hired to control what we thought were squirrels but ended up being raccoons. I set up a day & time for them to come out, but initally, the guy never showed! i called to see what happen and was scheduled another day & time. Upon coming out and assessing the issue we were told they would set traps & check them everyday excluding Saturday and Sunday unless we heard them or noticed we'd caught one in the trap. They called to check to see if we heard anything (in a crawl space in the attic) one time in a week, then Saturday came and we noticed one had been caught in the backyard and we'd been hearing a LOUD scratching noise in the kitchen area like one had gotten loose inside the house or was trapped in the wall trying to get out! Upon calling (like we were told to do) the employee stated he would come check it out on Monday!! I then called who I'm guessing was the boss & he stated he'd be out soon. He came and took one away but it wasn't the "main" one so he set a trap in the attic. They'd seen a group of babies originally, but when the employee came back, he didn't see them in the same spot anymore so he said they were gone. Since we hadn't caught the mother they left the trap but nothing was caught (I'm guessing) because they haven't returned our phone calls but they charged our credit card $300!! They never even came back to patch the hole that the raccoons were using to gain access to my house!! Bottom line their communication skills aren't great, the responsiveness isn't up to par and they don't care to complete a job they were hired to do!
