About us

Merit Services is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Joseph R. Roper, who is on the job every day, with others as needed. We do limited sub-contracting, preferring to do the work ourselves. We provide "Scope of the Work" documentation, with firm price quotes where possible, after an on site inspection and evaluation. This is normally accompanied by an "Agreement" listing the full price and all other details of the project and proposal, including "progress payments".
