They came out and fixed my air conditioner. They did not try to sell me a new one. They try to fix the problem first. They were nice and considerate. I definitely would call them again. They were a little late. I had to call to find out where they were.

We weren't sure if we needed a new furnace or what was wrong with it or not. After a few minutes of looking over the situation, McAfee's professional serviceman eased our minds and told us our thermostat was shot and needed a new one. We value the honesty of McAfee Heating and Air Conditioning as they could have sold us a new furnace and we would have never known. The thermostat helps keep our home nice and toasty and we couldn't be happier with our choice of calling them.

I thought that MacAfee did a very good job with replacing the furnace. They were also very reasonably priced. It could not have worked out any better than it did. Everything went great. They treated us nicely and they worked quickly. I would have to say that I am pleased and would give them good ratings for their services.

The company owner came out and gave me an estimate a few days after I requested it. After I decided to go with McAfee, they scheduled the installation for about a week later. The gentlemen who did the actual work were very professional and knowledgeable. They completed the job, including removal of the old unit, and cleanup all by mid-afternoon (they started at 8 am). The day after the installation the vacuum truck came out to clean the ducts. That went very well also. I recommend this company and would choose them again.

I called for an appointment to have our furnace inspected, and the technician showed up the next day. He was polite and well spoken. He tested our gas lines for leaks and found a small one that I did not know about. He cleaned several parts of the furnace. He used a chemical sensor to analyze the gases (including carbon monoxide) in the exhaust flue while the furnace was running. He explained the readings and gave me a copy of the printout. Although our furnace is nearly twenty years old, the readings showed it to be in good working order. At no point did he try to sell me something I didn't need. If you need an inspection, I can't imagine how anyone else could do a better job.

THEIR REPUTATION IS GOOD AROUND HERE. I HAVE USED THEM FOR SOME TIME AND THEY'VE ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT. I THOUGHT THE SUBCONTRACTOR WHO CAME OUT THIS TIME OVERCHARGED FOR THE CLEANING OF THE A/C, WHICH I DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR, BUT HE INSISTED IT BE DONE.

I WAS SO SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE, AND THEY WERE SO NICE TO ME WHILE THEY WERE WORKING. THEY WERE VERY SMART AND ABLE TO UNDERSTAND OUR NEEDS. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND TIMELY.

THEY ARE A VERY WELL ESTABLISHED COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEIR CARPET CLEANING SERVICE ONE OTHER TIME, AND WAS EQUALLY AS PLEASED AS I WAS WITH THIS TIME. THEY DO A VERY THOROUGH JOB AND COULD NOT BE NICER.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ALWAYS TREAT ME WITH RESPECT AND THEY ARE POLITE. SO FAR EVERYTHING IS WORKING SMOOTHLY. I WOULDN'T KNOW WHO ELSE TO CALL.
