They did an excellent job! They cleaned up after the work was done and it didn't take a long time.

Marlow did a great job! I can't even tell where the tree stump and shrubs were. They left the area clean. I would definitely hire them again. They were really easy to work with.

Wonderful! I did not even need to be home but they showed up on time and were done before I returned from work. Everything was cleaned up, I could hardly tell they had been there except for a little bit of saw dust and the tree looked amazing! I asked them to keep any logs larger than a forearm and they stacked then neatly where I asked them to. Zero damage was done to my property and the tree really does look great. They did not trim too much, only took the dead limbs out and trimmed back a few of the very long, low hanging branches. I will definitely call them again and would highly recommend them.

Job well done. This is the second time that I have used Marlow Tree in the past two years and find Mr. Marlow and his crew to include the office manager to be most professional but very personable and a pleasure to deal with...the quality of work is exceptional. I will certainly use Marlow Tree in the future !

Contacted Marlow Tree service for tree services, but they did not call back

They came a little before 9:00 and started right in working. This was a large job. Some of the tree fell in my creek, on my shed and behind my shed. The placement of the fallen tree did not make it easy on the guys. But they did a fantastic job. They finished within 5 hours and cleaned up. They were polite and professional. I plan on using them to cut down two large ash trees. Very pleased with their work.

They arrived on time and all work was completed to my satisfaction. They did an excellent job of cleaning up.

I called several tree companies from Angie's List, but most didn't answer the phone. One promised twice to come out but never did. He explained he was very busy but promised he would work me in when he was in the area - I waited at the appointed time and he never called, never showed up. Mr Marlow, on the other hand, had a person answering the phone in his office. They set up a time for him to come out and told me while he was here, he was ours and I could feel free to ask him any questions I wished. Mr. Marlow showed up on time and informed me that the tree WAS NOT diseased and explained why. He also took the time to answer answer questions about the identity of some of our other trees and even offered us the info on an emerald ash borer treatment that we could do ourselves! Long story short, Mr. Marlow was honest, on time, and generous. He did not try to see us a bunch of treatment that we didn't need. Although he probably lost money on the trip to our house, I hope we will gain some customers from this review. We will certainly use him in the future for any tree services that we need.

Marlow Tree Company trimmed dead branches and one large limb from a declining oak tree. They knew how to safely prune a tree without doing harm. They worked efficiently and safely. They cleaned up well after pruning. A neighbor asked the foreman if they could take down a large oak tree on her property. They declined to quote because of lack of access to safely work on the tree. They gave my neighbor of a company that had capabilities to do her job. This showed professionalism and honesty. I will give Marlow Tree Company all my future tree business.

Went smoothly. Except for expected noise of machinery, would not have noticed they were there. Talked with one of two workers who came out to handle job. Both were very polite and considerate. Cleaned up all limbs and debris after they were done.

Very well. He called us the day before he came, stated we did not need to be there. He was/is VERY NEAT in his work, all the branches were cleaned up.

Well, I've had them to trees service for me several times at this house and our previous house. And David Marlow is extremely nice to work with. He doesn't just cut down the trees just to get business. He really understands trees and he's cautious about taking out anything and he won't just take out the trees.

My experience with them has been excellent. The gentleman who owns the company has a degree in forestry. I give him A's across the board. They're all professionals. They brought a good size crew and when they left you couldn't tell they had been here. They cleaned up the debris and hauled everything off. The trees were all nicely shaped and cut back the way they needed to be. They did a fantastic job.

Marlow Tree Co came out to cut a large branch that was overhanging the house. David came out and gave me an estimate very quickly after I called. I told him not to worry about putting ruts in the lawn because I was doing lawn work anyway. Out of the 4 estimates I had, Marlow was next to the lowest priced. I paid $350.00 for the work, one company quoted $1000.00!! Their workers came out and were very professional and cleaned up amazingly. According to their proposal they have been in business for 59 years. I have several trees that need to be cut down and a few stumps that need ground out. As soon as I can get around to it, I will be using Marlow Tree Co in the future. A+ all around!!!

He is very reliable and honest. He comes out and does his work and does it well. He is somebody I can rely on and trust.

Seamless. One day tree came down in a professional manner. Safety observed. Next time, stump was removed. Again, couldn't even tell a tree existed on the lot.

I spent $300 to $400 on that work. I would give them an A across the board. They are prompt, do what they are supposed to do, they are even quicker than they say they are going to be. They are professional and I don’t have to worry about them not doing the job properly.

The cleanup was very good, especially considering there was nine inches of snow and ice covering our property. They actually raked the snow to get as many small branches as they could. I answered "N/A" on responsiveness and punctuality because the ice storm damages had them backlogged. They properly prioritized folks with damages to their homes, like holes in their roofs, and got to me when they could. As far as price, I thought they were in line with other tree services I have used.

They are wonderful and very knowledgeable. I have been using them for a year. They are pretty much professional. The gentleman who owns the company comes out and looks at the trees. You can talk to him about what you want done and he will make his suggestions. His people will come to do the work and he will be here to make sure that things are done right. They clean up everything. They do little extra things.
