 + -1 moreThey got the job done in a day and a half. They are kind of high price wise, but they are efficient. They were easy to work with. They did have to come back out to fix a problem. They were professional.

Description of Work: We had this company install two new Corian bathroom countertops as well as doing the faucets and plumbing. And new bathtub faucets were installed as well. Mark and his crew are very competent and experienced and they had all this work done in half a day. They paid attention to every detail and made sure we were satisfied with everything they did. We were so pleased with the results and appreciated the interest and effort each one of them put into their work. Mark's wife is his office manager and she is always customer oriented and very friendly.

 + -1 moreWednesday night our water heater died, and we called and left a message that night. We got a prompt call back, and they were at our house the next morning taking out our old water heater, and advised us on the options for a new unit. Very informative, and didn't pressure us into anything, let us pick what we wanted/needed for our house. The installation was neat, timely, and efficient.
Description of Work: Our water heater died, and Mark came out and replaced it quickly and efficiently, explaining each step to us. He helped us decided on a new water heater, and was thorough in his explanations.

Description of Work: I bought a new refrigerator with an ice maker for my home. I needed a new water line installed in order to use the ice maker. I had a fairly difficult application. I did not previously have a water line installed when I built my house. Mark was able to creatively run a water line from my basement to the kitchen. I have contracted with Mark's Plumbing for several jobs over the last few years. When it comes to plumbing, water softeners, sump pumps, etc., Mark' Plumbing is the best. Mark is a true professional. The lady that answers the phone is always very polite and customer service oriented. I definitely recommend Mark's Plumbing and will call them again when needed.

 + -1 moreOur well-pump quit working in the morning, so we no longer had running water in our house. I called Mark's Plumbing right away. Mark and his crew were at our house within an hour. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem (a faulty well-pump). Mark's crew worked outside in a snowstorm with wind-chills near 0 degrees. They were able to replace the well-pump quickly, and we have not had any problems since. They also took the time to show us the part of the old well-pump that was broken. We are very satisfied with the service we received.
Description of Work: Replaced a well-pump that spontaneously quit working.

 + -1 moreEVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT AND THE WAY WE WANTED IT TO BE. THEY DID A WONDERFUL AND PROFESSIONAL JOB. THEY WERE VERY TIMELY AND DID NOT WASTE TIME AND EFFORT MESSING AROUND.
Description of Work: THEY GUTTED TWO BATHROOMS. THEN THEY PUT UP NEW DRYWALL AND NEW CERAMIC TILE FLOORS. THEY PUT THE FIXTURES AND NEW CABINETS BACK IN BATHS.
