Mark is very professional. He is also very detailed about his work. He was always on time and always kept us informed on what was going on through the process. At the end of each work day, he would make sure that everything was cleaned up and nothing was left in the way. I love his attention to detail. If something was even a little off, he would fix it. He always made sure to ask questions and do things exactly how I wanted them. I made a few changes in the plans in the middle of the job, and he was ok with them and did what i asked. He has done other work for us too. We bought a foreclosed OLD home and he is who we are having help with the remodel. Our family was so excited about what he done for us, that they too hire him.

Mark returned call promptly and was at my house a day later to inspect what I was requesting. Gave a correct estimate for both labor and bill of materials. Was on the job each day at 8:30am to 5:00pm. He cleaned up work area each day. Will be using him again for several other jobs to be done at my home. I would recommend him to any and all that require help with home repairs.

Mark Bitticker is an excellent carpenter and also does an excellent job of painting. He is very pleasant and professional at all times. He is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. I was highly satisfied with everything that he completed; his charges were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants quality work from a fair, honest and trustworthy individual.

Mark Bitticker has done work for us several times. His work is excellent! Mark has finished and installed interior doors and replaced woodwork in several rooms (baseboards, door trim, and window trim). The finishes on the wood are almost as smooth as glass. He has also done minor repair to my cork floors. We plan on using Mark whenever we have an interior carpentry need. He is the best. If you wish to have something redone for whatever reason, it's not a problem. He understands that it is your house and does what you ask. He is a very easy person to work with. Mark will be installing our next wood floor in my home office and will also be creating and installing custom floating shelves in my living room. Mark is always on time or calls, is neat during his work, and actually cleans up after his work so well, I don't do any further clean up!
