+ -1 moreThey were able to give us notice before they showed up. They were pleasant to work with. They were very knowledgeable. He did not charge us for a second service call, only for fuel.
Description of Work: They originally came out for a service call, but because it's an unusual part, he didn't have it with him. They replaced a damper control for our refrigerator on a second visit.

+ -1 moreMAYTAG IS A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY AND THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB FOR US. THE REPAIRMAN THEY SENT DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON MY FREEZER. IT RUNS GREAT AND I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH HOW QUICK EVERYTHING WAS DONE.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED A PLUG IN A DRAIN PIPE THAT WAS HOOKED TO THE FREEZER.

+ -1 moreEVERY TIME HE IS HERE, MR. MALLOW GIVES ME GOOD ADVICE. EVERYTHING IS DONE RIGHT, AND HE DOESN'T TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DON'T NEED. THERE IS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR HIS SERVICES, LIKE DELIVERY OR REMOVAL OF THE OLD APPLIANCES. I TRUST HIM.

+ -1 moreTHE PART WAS EXPENSIVE ENOUGH THAT WE SHOULD HAVE GOT A NEW REFRIGERATOR. IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO COME OUT AND FIX THE REFRIGERATOR. ONCE THEY DID COME OUT TO THE HOUSE, THEY WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEMS QUICKLY.
